Chapter 93 - Chapter 93

[Third Person's PoV]

The wind started picking up speed as dark clouds began to block the light of the moons and stars. Thunder and lightning crackled loudly, creating a blinding flash of light.

What followed was a thundering roar before the sound of lightning hitting the ground near Lucian and Thalia, which frightened them, causing them to quickly disengage from their kiss. Rain started to pour down, extinguishing the bonfire.

Lucian looked at Thalia, now red-faced, with a teasing smirk. "I think we just angered your dad."

"You think?" she said, embarrassed by her actions. She crouched down and covered her face, too embarrassed to even look at Lucian.

Lucian heard screaming and shouting below them; he saw everyone rushing inside their cabins, trying their best not to get wet.

He turned back towards Thalia and offered his hand. "Come on, let's go. Although I'm enjoying the view, I doubt it's something you're willingly showing me."

Thalia looked up confused before looking down and let out a yell as she covered her chest with her hands. Her toga was sticking to her skin outlining her figure making her parts more prominent.

As she covered her chest with blushing cheeks, she took Lucian's hand as he helped her up.

Lucian sighed, "It's a shame we had to cut our kissing short. I was really starting to enjoy it too."

As they both jumped down from the Observatory, lightning resounded throughout the camp, seemingly angered by Lucian's statement.

"Please shut up," Thalia pleaded, feeling her father's anger and also ashamed to admit that she liked it, fearing further anger from her father.

Thalia rushed towards her cabin, and before she went in, Lucian called out to her, "Hey, wait a minute."

Turning to look at Lucian, Thalia was baffled when he approached her, kissed her once more, and then ran back to his cabin.

Every step Lucian took was accompanied by furious lightning as he rushed towards his cabin.

Thalia's lips slowly curled into a smile before she shook her head and went inside.

"Hehehehehehehe," Lucian laughed loudly as he dodged every strike with his danger senses.

He rushed inside to find Annabeth waiting for him with an amused look. "Guess by that—" she said, pointing outside, "You must have done something to anger him."

Lucian let out a bashful chuckle as he rubbed his cheeks and chin. "Thalia and I may or may not have kissed, and someone isn't too happy about it."

Annabeth looked at Lucian with her mouth agape before bursting into laughter. "Wow, you sure do work fast."

"Why, thank you," Lucian said, puffing up his chest with pride.

**Underworld: Hades' Castle:**

"Mwahahahahahaha! That's my boy!" Hades cackled evilly while holding his face.

"What did he do now?" Medea asked with a smile, intrigued to know what her little boy was up to.

Persephone looked at Hades with curiosity and waited for him to finish his maniacal laughter.

Hades lightly chuckled as he explained, "He and Zeus' daughter were caught kissing right on top of the building Zeus himself just blessed—on the building that was meant for him. Hahaha."

Hades put a hand on his chest as he laughed, "I've never felt prouder."

Medea's eyebrows twitched upon hearing that. 'He's only 10 and is already hooking up with girls older than him. I don't know if I should be beyond pissed or proud to know my lessons on how to treat a girl are doing him some good... I'm leaning more towards being pissed. He better not turn out like that bastard. I swear to the very gods, Lucian, I will crawl from the underworld if I have to just to spank you.'

While Persephone was shocked upon hearing that, "Are you serious? Wow, that's daring. I can't imagine my father is very happy upon hearing that."

"Oh, he's really angry at the moment, and it makes me all the much happier. Not to mention, he seems to have a thing with the Athena girl as well, and she didn't seem opposed to them. In fact, I think she was encouraging it," Hades said, spilling drama and adding fuel to Medea's anger.

"What!" Medea bit her nails with anger and worry, "I swear I'll kill that boy if he does something to break their hearts and cause them pain."

Hades waved Medea off, "Oh, relax. Lucian seems to know what he's doing."

"I swear, Hades, if Lucian turns into a womanizer, I'm blaming your entire messed-up lineage."

**Mount Olympus:**

Zeus had his lightning bolt in hand as his expression contorted in anger. "There's no way I will permit their relationship! If it weren't for those damn Fates, I would have killed that boy a thousand times over by now."

Zeus, in his anger, threw the bolt, causing lightning to strike in the mortal world once again.

"No child of mine is ever to be permitted to be in a relationship with one of his," Zeus continued, throwing a tantrum that lasted the entire night.

Camp Half-Blood, Zeus Cabin:

Thalia was laying in bed staring aimlessly to the ceiling while occasionally touching her lips, which caused her to blush remembering how she initiated the kiss with Lucian.

Thalia grabbed her pillow and put it over her face before pushing it down, letting out a loud muffled scream.

She grabbed her pillow into a hug as she started rolling around the bed, 'What have I done, what I have done, what have I done!!' Thalia kept on repeating in her own head over and over again.

'I hate that I don't regret doing it! If I could I would so do it again!! Gaaaah! What am I thinking!?' Thalia kept rolling on the bed embarrassed by her own thoughts that kept on plaguing her mind.

"Who knew kissing someone would feel so good… it was surprisingly sweet," Thalia mumbled aloud, reaching for her lips once more.

The sound of lightning was heard once more, causing Thalia to flinch. She felt it was a warning directed towards her. "Alright, alright, I'm already going to sleep, jeez."

Unexpectedly, sleep came much easier to Thalia than she expected, but she unfortunately found out why very quickly.

As she opened her eyes, she grew confused and looked around. She saw that the floor was made entirely out of clouds, while the entire surrounding was sky blue.

As her confusion kept growing, a figure of cloud formed in front of her, a figure she had seen earlier up in the clouds.

"Father…?" She called out in confusion.

"I will not permit it!" Zeus yelled out as soon as he appeared.

"What?" Thalia asked, confused by his statement.

"You are forbidden from forming any relationship with that boy of Hades," Zeus once again stated.

Hearing this, Thalia grew angered. "Are you serious right now?!?" she yelled, which surprised Zeus.

"You didn't show up at any point in my life—not when I was surviving out there in the wild being chased by monsters, not when it was my birthday; I didn't get a single happy birthday wish from you. And you especially didn't show up when my brother… your son died! And now, now you decide to appear to me for the first time in my life, and it's to tell me who I can and can't be with!!!" Thalia screamed out all her grievances towards her absent father.

Zeus then scoffed, which surprised and hurt Thalia. "It's all because you're hanging out with that rebellious boy; that's why you even dare to speak to me, your father, that way. Which is why I'm forbidding you from going out with him or forming any other form of relationship other than campers and friends together."

Thalia looked down in anger, biting her lips with tears forming in her eyes, her hands balled into fists.

Zeus looked at his bowing daughter with a sigh. He stretched out his hand to pat her head. "You gotta understand, I'm doing this for your own good—"

Thalia slapped Zeus away from her. "JUST LEAVE ALREADY! YOU ALREADY MADE MY LIFE HELL AS IT IS, SO LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Thalia's eyes snapped open. She quickly sat up on the bed, blinked a few times before tears started rolling down her cheeks. She buried her face in her hands as she began to quietly sob.
