RATATOUILLE'S LOYALTY
"Traitor, what is happening to me? What have you done?" The Dark Angel's former souls screamed in fury when he saw me returning from my Battle Realm.
"This bastard lost a lot of his magic once he was separated from you, serves him right", Sara told me her observations.
"Why is that?" I asked her.
"Well, you must already know that if you planned this secretly with the rat, the Dark Angel soul's magic is dependent on your soul realm. Without your soul realm as the source, his magic will deplete quickly once he is exposed in the real world. He shouldn't have left your soul prematurely to kill the Mother Dragon", she replied to me.
"You shall never ascend Heaven without me", the souls of the Dark Angel screamed to me.
"Shut up and get back into your cage", I told the souls of the Dark Angels to his surprise.
"I shall return", the Dark Angel screamed at me angrily before disappearing.
He returned into my soul realm for refuge.
"He took a big risk by leaving your soul realm. He would never have guessed you can disappear into nothingness after he left your soul and severe his magic", Ratatouille told me with glee.
"What happened to Lilith?" Sara asked me.
"She sacrificed herself to let me win the Trial of Killings and imbue my sword of Angels with her dragon flame", I replied to her sadly.
"No, you are traveling on the wrong path", the possessed Rinna told me suddenly and angrily.
"Damnit, that bitch is still possessing Rinna?" I asked them.
"Nothing we do could exorcise that bitch from Rinna, bitch", Sara complained to me.
"You must be able to do something for Rinna, after all you managed to detach from the Dark Angel's scrutiny for so long", Ratatouille told me.
"Yes, you are a genius", I replied to him.
Then I walked over to Rinna who was still tied up by Lilith's magic chains. With a quick movement, I unchained the bell around my neck and put it on her.
"The Bell of Separation"
"Did you give Rinna your Bell of Separation? What about you? And the Dark Angel's soul?" Ratatouille asked me.
"The Dark Angel is weakened now. He would not be able to threaten me again", I replied to him.
"What if he grows stronger?" Sara asked.
"I'll make sure he'll never be able to use the Sword of Malevolence again. His magic will not grow without its use", I replied.
"What makes you so sure?" Ratatouille asked me.
"Because I can control my soul now and I know who these bloody Dark Angel souls are- they are charlatans. They wanted to hitch on my ascension as the Dark Angel to be resurrected", I explained to them.
"What happened to me?" Rinna asked us suddenly as she returned from her imprisonment in her own soul.
"Keep this Bell on you always and stay away from the bitch", Sara told Rinna and explained to her about the Mother of Serpents, Nahase.
"I didn't expect Nahase to harm me despite all indications to the contrary. She seemed sincere to me. Her betrayal was so sudden it caught me by surprise", Rinna complained to us.
"The Mother is also known as the Serpent of Temptation. She may appear innocent most of the time, but she could not be trusted at all. She and the Dark Angel are in the same league", Ratatouille told us about his mother.
"Nahase must have plotted with the Dark Angel secretly behind our back for some time. We just don't know about it", I told them.
"The Dark Angel sought to leave his soul realm in case Orion didn't do his bidding. His strength recovered enough to be able to do that, we merely gave the bastard an urge to come out of the soul realm, by planning all the drama with the Mother Dragon", Ratatouille elaborated.
"Ratatouille, when did you two plan so much in secret?" Rinna asked him.
"Ratatouille was spying on the Dark Angel for me for some time. A short time ago, he discovered that the Dark Angel could master astral projection. His soul could leave my soul realm momentarily. However, his malevolence was still within my soul realm, so he couldn't go far", I told them.
"Once the Dark Angel's connection to the fool's soul realm is terminated, he would lose all his magic", Sara added her thoughts about the matter.
"Nahase was urging me to come here to the Dragon's Sacred Grove. She must have planned with the Dark Angel to murder Lilith and obtain her heart and Flame of the Dragon", Rinna told us about her opinion with hindsight.
"Precisely", Ratatouille said.
"The Dark Angel and the Mother Serpent wanted to engineer a situation where Lilith would attempt to kill Rinna and I would release the Dark Angel's souls and allow him to take over my body to save Rinna and kill Lilith", I told them.
"Then they will both hitch on your bodies to resurrect as a loving pair. How sweet,", Ratatouille added.
"And the idiot scammed them in reverse", Sara added.
"Sara, you are also a part of this, why didn't you say a word to me?" Rinna asked her.
"The Mother of Serpent hears your every thought and word, it is better that we deal with this on our own", Sara explained.
"How did you get Lilith to work with you?" Rinna asked curiously.
"This part we can explain", Rahas said before adding, "the flying book came to us to explain that you came with the blessing of Xexgana and we decided to work with you in secret".
"But I killed one of your sisters although I was influenced by the mother that time", Rinna asked Rahas.
"The flying book already told us about your petrification magic. Do you think we are so weak that we couldn't survive petrification? Our petrified sister should have revived by now and is waiting for us in the oasis above," Rahas told Rinna to her surprise.
"Something is still not right. What is your story with the mother and the Dark Angel? Aren't you working with them? Aren't the Mother of Temptation like your mother?" Rinna asked Ratatouille.
