THE SECRET CEASEFIRE
The place of our meeting was held in the central College Confederate of Kalydon.
There was significance in choosing this city to meet because this was a neutral city, one where both us and those we meet don't have significant influence here.
We entered a busy and popular café in Kalydon city with an appointment with special people. These weren't the usual characters that we were meeting, we were meeting our mortal enemies.
Wearing masks and hoods, we walked into the room where the meeting was to take place.
Seated inside the room, was a woman whose face was concealed by a golden mask. Beside her was a semi-ethereal being, the Darklord, of the dark elven kind.
There were also several menacing invisible Bloodhounds in the room, ready to protect their master and mistress if the need arose.

"Why have you asked for this meeting, King Orion of Nyx kingdom?" the masked woman asked me.
"Why do you call me to a meeting?" I replied to the woman and asked.
"I do not want to waste our time to beat around. I want a power arrangement with you and your army", the masked queen told us directly.
"You are a direct one, Sexy Queen", I replied to the queen.
"We ask for a cease-fire and a truce between our armies. You have been aiding the Church of All-seeing, but they have not given you much besides a paper edict", Queen Emerald told me.
Queen Emerald came to this meeting to meet me, King Orion of Nyx-Nymera and not the Bully. She still doesn't know yet that I am also the Bully of Starri city. She wouldn't meet me here if she had known.
"We don't want to waste too much time talking to you", Sara replied to the queen rudely.
"I'll kill all of you", Darklord shouted to us in respond angrily as the queen stopped him from attacking us.
"Isn't that attitude a little too rude for someone who comes to a negotiation? Diplomats do not harm each other", the queen told Sara.
"I won't be rude if you ask the real queen bitch to come talk to us and not you, a fake", Sara replied to the queen to her shock and surprise.
"I don't know what you are talking about", the queen said to us.
"It doesn't matter. You can continue talking. The real queen will hear of this, and you can reply on her behalf. She's probably hiding under the table. I can accept that, hahaha", I told the fake queen who was shocked by my response and laughed.
The Demon Queen frequently uses body doubles to front for her in public dealings. That precaution protected her from harm and saved her on many occasions.
She never expected she would be discovered though.
"Alright, we have laid our offer, what do you suggest?" the demon queen asked us.
"In return for a ceasefire, you people get the hell out of Drachia kingdom and also Merernia and Haverly. That is our deal", Sara told them.
"That is not a deal", Darklord protested.
"The truth is, we don't have absolute enmity with you. We cross paths because our interests crossed. There is no need to be bitter about our conflict. It is just business", I told them.
"Go on", the queen asked me.
"We cede to you the northwestern part of Drachia kingdom, where the Gate to Elis is situated as long as you do not step on the rest of Drachia. You may retain your other holdings in the Ten-Kingdoms, except Merernia, Haverly, Nyx-Nymera and Trogdol", I proposed to the demon queen.
"You are crazy. You are ceding the territories in North-west Drachia that are under direct influence of the Church. You don't even own those lands", Darklord protested to me.
"Shouldn't you want us to be as far away as possible from your territory? Shouldn't you want to keep the northwest of Drachia too? You may have the whole of Drachia kingdom, but we retain Merernia and Haverly," the queen asked me, and counter proposed.
"Your enmity with the Church is bitter and the apostles are not known for being forgetful. You will meet with them eventually, whether it is in your territories in Rizea, or in North-west Drachia? With our deal, we will not be bothered with those even if the Church calls for our assistance. We don't want to be a buffer zone between your armies and the Church's. As for Merernia and Haverly, your army will not be able to stop us if we advance there", I told the queen.
"This is a bad deal. We will not agree to it", Darklord told us.
"What about your alliance with the Church of All-seeing. You are now appointed by them as the Emperor of the East", the fake queen asked me.
"To be honest, we are not fans of the Church either and don't want to pay their tithes. If you continue to fight with them, we will ignore their tithe payments. That will benefit us", I replied to her.
"What is in this for me? We will be making too much concession if we agree to this," the queen asked me.
"Well, we don't interfere in your fight with the Church or support them financially other than some token payments. You will never be able to defeat the church if we are allied to them, right? And you will never be able to have a ceasefire with them," I asked the queen.
"Are you partitioning this continent into three kingdoms?" the queen asked me.
"You can view it like that, would you agree to our proposal?" I asked the queen.
"Yes, I agree to your pact for ceasefire and future non-aggression. There is no reason for our armies to be opposed to each other. We may even share the same enemy and work together some time in the future", Queen Emerald told us to our surprise.
"You cannot agree to that", Darklord protested the queen's decision immediately.
"I have decided. We shall have peace", the queen announced and Darklord became silent.
"You have our agreement", I replied to the queen, and we agreed to a secret ceasefire.
