Chapter 10 - CHAPTER NINE

As time went on as the girl know as Weiss explained that Pyrrha was renowned for her physical ability, which shocked the foolish boy Despite now as he started to feeling unworthy, Pyrrha expressed an interest in teaming up with him. As foolish boy pestered Weiss with renewed vigor until she ran out of patience and got Pyrrha to chuck her spear at the boy, pinning him to a wall. The two left, though Pyrrha still acted friendly toward foolish boy as she passed by him.

After being catapulted into the Emerald Forest for their first test at Beacon Academy, Pyrrha used Akoúo̱ to crash into a few trees to slow herself before landing on a large branch. She then used the scope on her weapon to spot the foolish boy falling out of the sky, prompting her to convert her weapon to its javelin mode. She aimed carefully before throwing it and pinning as boy to a tree, saving him from a nasty landing. She eventually found him and they became partners after she teasingly asked if he still had room on his team.

As they made their way through the Emerald Forest, Jaune and Pyrrha heard a gunshot, and Pyrrha deduced that the others must have encountered the Grimm. Shortly afterwards, Pyrrha pushed back a tree branch that hit Jaune in the cheek when it flew back, cutting him slightly. Pyrrha was concerned and wondered why Jaune didn't use his Aura to protect himself, but she quickly figured out that he had no idea what Aura was.

Pyrrha then explained Aura, how everything with a soul has it and how their weapons are conduits for their Auras. Pyrrha then used her own Aura to unlock Jaune's, though the process briefly tired her. As she looked at Jaune's Aura, she noted that he had a substantial amount of it.

Pyrrha and Jaune came across a cave, and Jaune wondered if it was the temple. As they went inside, Pyrrha began to have doubts that it was indeed the place they were looking for. Jaune asked her to humor him for a little longer, only to drop the torch he made into some water, plunging them into darkness. As they navigated the cave, Jaune tried to grab a glowing object in front of him. This glowing object was the stinger of a Death Stalker.

Pyrrha ran out of the cave with the Death Stalker close behind, resulting in the Grimm breaking out of the small stone entrance. As Jaune desperately asked Pyrrha for help, still hanging onto the stinger, she told him not to let go; immediately afterwards, the Death Stalker flicked its tail, sending Jaune hurtling further into the forest. Pyrrha briefly stared down the monster, but after seeing it clearly, she decides to run away instead.

Shortly after Jaune crashed into Ruby, Pyrrha was seen running away from the Death Stalker and evading several of its attacks. At one point, she was knocked back by the Death Stalker toward Blake, Ruby, Yang, Nora and Ren's position. Soon afterwards, she joined the remaining students, who decided not to stay and fight the creatures.

However, the Nevermore and Death Stalker gave chase, forcing both teams to split. Pyrrha, Ren and Blake engaged the Death Stalker. Blake was separated from them and focused on the Nevermore, while Nora Valkyrie and Jaune joined up with Pyrrha and Ren.

Soon after, the four engaged the scorpion-type creature. Pyrrha and Jaune forced the Death Stalker's pincers to the sides, giving Ren an opening to jump on the tail and fire at it. Pyrrha managed to stab the Death Stalker in one of its eyes as Ren was tossed into a pillar.

After Jaune noticed that the tail's stinger was loose, Pyrrha cut it off, and the stinger dropped onto the Death Stalker's head. She then launched Nora into the air to deliver the final blow, which caused the creature to plummet into the ravine. Pyrrha later watched in wonder as the Nevermore's headless body fell off the cliff. She was later made an official member of Team JNPR.

And Before arriving at Beacon, she became the mascot for Pumpkin Pete's Marshmallow Flakes and won the Mistral Regional Tournament four years in a row. She also mentions that she has never experienced a meaningful relationship due to her status and talents.

Pyrrha Nikos made her first appearance as a cameo in the background during the ceremony in "The Shining Beacon, Pt.2" after Ruby Rose left Jaune Arc, who wondered where he would be able to speak to another "nice, quirky girl".

Beacon Academy Initiation as Pyrrha was next seen in the locker room having a conversation with Weiss Schnee, who wished to form a team with her. Pyrrha expressed nonchalance regarding partnership in the teams, and thus she agreed to form a team with Weiss.

The two girls were interrupted by Jaune Arc, who attempted to flirt with Weiss and tried to form a team with her despite numerous rejections. However, when Pyrrha mentioned that there are more than two people on one team, Jaune immediately tried to flirt with her as well. Unlike Weiss, Pyrrha reacted with interest and vague amusement.

Weiss explained that Pyrrha was renowned for her physical ability, which shocked Jaune. Despite Jaune now feeling unworthy, Pyrrha expressed an interest in teaming up with him. Jaune pestered Weiss with renewed vigor until she ran out of patience and got Pyrrha to chuck her spear at Jaune, pinning him to a wall. The two left, though Pyrrha still acted friendly toward Jaune as she passed by him.

Pyrrha fighting the Death Stalker and Shortly after Jaune crashed into Ruby, Pyrrha was seen running away from the Death Stalker and evading several of its attacks. At one point, she was knocked back by the Death Stalker toward Blake, Ruby, Yang, Nora and Ren's position. She then launched Nora into the air to deliver the final blow, which caused the creature to plummet into the ravine. Pyrrha later watched in wonder as the Nevermore's headless body fell off the cliff. She was later made an official member of Team JNPR.

Pyrrha stuck her head out through the door with her team, noticing Team RWBY rushing off to class. After her team all fell to the ground, she rushed to class after Jaune as they all realized they were late.

Pyrrha was later on seen observing Jaune's fight with Cardin Winchester, in which he was humiliated and loses, and she looked at him with sad concern. Pyrrha was later seen with her team and Team RWBY eating lunch. Just like Ruby, Pyrrha asked Jaune if he is alright, who said that he was fine and tried to deny the fact that Cardin bullied him.

Later, she saw Team CRDL bullying a Faunus girl named Velvet Scarlatina. She called it atrocious, stating how she hated and despised people who do that to others, with Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long agreeing.

Pyrrha was next shown attending a history class with her team and some members of Team RWBY. After her failed attempt to help Jaune answer a question about the Faunus Rights Revolution, Cardin gave a derogatory answer belittling the Faunus. Pyrrha rebuked Cardin for his attitude and then answered the question, stating that many Faunus have night vision. Once class was over, she waited for Jaune and took him to the roof where she offered to help him train because of the difficulty he had in class.

She also stated that he had the capability to be a Huntsman. At that point, she learned that foolish boy had to lied to get into Beacon and had never even attended a combat school despite his family all being heroes. Even faced with this revelation, she insisted on helping him, but he angrily sent her away in his frustration and depression, and she left with a forlorn expression.

Pyrrha was still worrying about him and Pyrrha stopped talking to boy for a while, stating to Nora that their leader knew what he was doing. However, she was unaware that he was eavesdropping through the door. The next day, in the Forever Fall forest, she stared at a depressed Jaune, who unwillingly accompanies Team CRDL in helping them get their sap. She was shown gathering sap from a tree with her leader behind her along with team CRDL. Oblivious to the actions behind her, Cardin called her a "know-it-all" and told Jaune to throw a jar of sap at her to get rapier wasps to attack her. Jaune refused and threw it at Cardin instead.

When Ruby pointed out a growl in the distance, Russel Thrush ran by her and Pyrrha, mentioning the Ursa attacking Cardin. In response, Pyrrha dropped her jar in shock and concern for Jaune. After Ruby ordered Blake and Yang to find Glynda Goodwitch, she ordered Ren and Nora to accompany them. Along with Weiss and Ruby, she headed to the location of the Ursa.

They watched as Jaune fought the Ursa to protect a defenseless Cardin. Using her Semblance, Pyrrha helped Jaune raise his shield to block a swipe from the Ursa, creating an opening for him to kill the Grimm.

She told Ruby and Weiss that the events that had just transpired should be kept a secret between the three of them. Later on, she met Jaune up on one of the roofs of the school. She asked Jaune about Cardin, sarcastically commenting about how they were "best buds". Jaune quickly apologized to Pyrrha for his actions and acting like a macho man. She accepted his apology and begins to walk away.

Before she can leave, Jaune nervously asked if she would still help train him and she was Smiling in response, Pyrrha gave Jaune a small shove, quickly commenting on his bad fighting stance. After helping him up, she agreed to train him.

Pyrrha soon rejoined the fight, using her Semblance to take control of countless soda cans and pummeling Blake with them. Ruby, in turn, used her Semblance to create a wind tunnel that sucks up everything around it, including Pyrrha and her team and they were smashed against the back wall and covered in food and soda. With the fight official over after Glynda fixed the wreckage left over from the battle, Pyrrha laughed about the event with her friends.

Pyrrha was seen in the library reading books with her team, with the exception of Nora sleeping, and Jaune reading a comic. She took his comic away and replaced it with a book. Before Jaune can spill out the secret on Blake's Faunus heritage, she covered his mouth and finished his sentence by stating Blake was a fun-loving person they all admire, but Blake simply gave a disappointed look in response. Team JNPR was not seen for a little while after that until the day that Glynda oversaw sparring matches that determine whether or not students qualified for the upcoming tournament.

As Jaune kept on speaking how he kept on cutting Erebus hair as he was nearly done then he started to fix his clothes up as he told him his story how everything began the maidens and the technology and then the creatures of Grimm and their queen Salem how she came about how She was created in what's her final game is how the darkness whom around their world unchecked and there is no light that shines bright in them as he kept on listening with interest and sadness and anger at the same time at the actions of those two brothers who brought the destruction of billions of lives everything was unbalanced and the balance was never a part of it because the ego system they destroyed for their own selfish gains now jaune arc People are suffering and he kept on listen as he told even his love story how he lost the person he loved This saddens him.

Penny Polendina was a character who first appeared in the episode "The Stray". She was originally an android created by her father, Pietro Polendina, when he somehow gave her a part of his own Aura to grant her a soul.

In "PvP", Penny was destroyed by her own weapons during her fight with Pyrrha Nikos.

She returned in "The Greatest Kingdom" with a new look made by her father, who rebuilt her after the Fall of Beacon. Penny became the official protector of Mantle and eliminated Grimm that invaded the city. In "The Enemy of Trust" after a grueling battle with Cinder Fall, she became the Winter Maiden.

Penny had short, rather curly orange hair that came down to her chin with a small cowlick on top, and she wore a pink bow on the back of her head. She also had bright green eyes, light skin, and freckles. She wore an off white old-fashioned styled off the shoulder blouse with frill detailed trim and frill flared cuffs that half covered her hands alongside copper button detailing on the lower parts of her sleeves. She also sported a short gray pinafore dress with golden trim on the hem alongside four light green stalagmite styled stripes on the lower half of the dress, two on the front and two on the back, accompanied by two matching colored circles above the tips that had a stripe that ran around her waistline, with golden outlines, and a detachable black and light green collar. She also wore a pair of black thigh-high leg pieces that seemingly were attached to black shoes. The leg pieces had a single green stripe up the sides that appeared to light up.

She had a layer of synthetic skin that concealed her metallic structure and spherical joints, and her irises bore similarities to the shutter of a camera. The skin wasn't strong and could be damaged revealing the metal under it as shown in A Minor Hiccup.

She also wore a silver backpack that contained Floating Array, her weapon.

After the Fall of Beacon, Penny was rebuilt by her father. Her hair was significantly longer and curled inwards at the tips and she wore a black fabric bow under a pink metal bow that had a golden outlined green power symbol. The ahoge remained and was more prominent.

Penny wore an olive green German styled dress with a black hem that was striped with emerald green. The abdominal region was black with four golden buttons with matching buckles on her shoulder straps. She also wore an off white blouse with puffy shoulders, frilled flared cuffs and vertical black lining down the front centre. Her collar piece did away with the green accents and was instead finished with a black ribbon, another power button at its center that switched on and off when Penny was inactive or active as shown in "Out in the Open". Penny had black metal leg pieces that ran up to her thighs, both having a green stripe that ran down the sides, with a large green circle at the top and a small one at the bottom, both outlined with gold and capable of lighting up too. The knee pieces of her legs were heavily defined to look separate from the rest of the leg pieces. She had a trio of jets in the lower rear part of her leg pieces that granted Penny the ability of flight. She also wore a pair of black low heeled metal boots with the tops hidden by the lower part of her leg pieces.

In addition she also wore a pair of black lacy cuffed gloves with golden stud detailing on the knuckles. She also retained her silver backpack on her back carrying Floating Array.

In Volume 8, the palm of her gloves were spray painted black to conceal her metallic structure after her fight with Cinder. Later when she was damaged after being hacked for the first time, Penny was shown to bleed green coolant in the place of blood.

Upon acquiring a new, fully Human form by Ambrosias, Penny retained mostly the same appearance, though with a few changes. She did not keep her gloves, nor her metal legs and boots, leaving both her hands and feet bare. Her backpack containing Floating Array was also no longer present, while the "power button" symbols on the bow of her collar and hair bow disappeared. Further more, the pink part of her hair bow was no longer sharp and metallic looking, instead being made of fabric.

She also bled regular blood instead of her previous green coolant, as shown in "The Final Word".

Penny was amiable, excitable, kind and curious. It was stated that Penny got a lot of her attitude from her father.[3] She often showed a distinct lack of social awareness, likely due to not having a lot of experience with Human nature. When Ruby made an unconditional offer of friendship, Penny seemed both immensely pleased and somewhat surprised. Another small quirk was that Penny hiccuped whenever she told a lie. She was also really excited when Ruby Rose offered her a fist-bump in A Night Off, an action that nobody had ever offered to her and wanted to do it perfectly.

She also seemed to place great value on friendship, for she was greatly angered at the sight of Ruby being knocked down by Roman Torchwick's flare in "Black and White". She also placed trust in Ruby based on the latter promising that she was her friend in "A Minor Hiccup".

Furthermore, Penny seemed to be immensely curious. Upon hearing that Blake Belladonna had run away, she proceeded to ask Ruby numerous questions, all related to Blake and friendship in general. Despite being told not to wander off, Penny still wandered Vale on her own.

Penny occasionally showed insecurities about her artificial nature. Upon confiding in Ruby that she was a synthetic being, Penny was worried about how she would take the news. However, after seeing Ruby took it rather well, she was glad that Ruby did not seem to care that she was really a machine, for what truly mattered was her heart and soul.

In "Dance Dance Infiltration", Penny was shown to enjoy dancing as she danced by herself between two Atlas Soldiers. Later that night, she did "the Robot" with one of the soldiers.

Penny's most notable trait was her kindness. Upon meeting Team RWBY, she greeted them with a jovial "Salutations!", complimented Weiss' hair, and offered to help Ruby track down Blake. In addition, she once saved Ruby from a truck before she asked the driver if he was okay, thanked Team CRDL during the Vytal Festival for the time she had, and told Pyrrha in the finals that it was a pleasure to finally meet her. Despite Atlas and Mantle originally being hesitant of Penny, she still worked as their proud protector.[5]

Penny's more peculiar social quirks appeared to tone down as the series progressed. While earlier appearances had her depicted as cheery, curious, and unfamiliar with many aspects of social interaction, these aspects appeared to diminish with each subsequent appearance; by the time of the Vytal Festival, Penny was barely distinguishable from her former self's naivete and volatile emotional state, sharing a conversation with Ruby about both her plans to stay at Beacon, despite her teammate Ciel Soleil objecting due to running short on time.

Penny was apparently very perceptive, for she saw through Blake's disguise and recognized that she was a Faunus while most people did not. She could also spot both Joanna Greenleaf and May Marigold in "Sparks", even though the latter was using her Semblance to hide them.

After she learned that James Ironwood planned to leave Mantle to die in "Gravity", she started to question if what the military was doing was actually right and was horrified that she and Winter Schnee had to kill the current Winter Maiden for Ironwood's plan to work.

In "Refuge", she confided to Ruby about her worries, telling her that she was going through an identity crisis since becoming the Winter Maiden. Penny stated that she was content simply being the protector of Mantle and regretted having taken the powers.

In "Amity", Penny had become slightly more insecure when it came to her own nature as a synthetic Human. This was seen from Cinder Fall's attempts to hurt her by prying on her insecurities and fears.

After Penny convinced her father to let her hold up Amity Communications Tower to help get Ruby's message to the rest of Remnant, Penny gained her own autonomy and was able to make her own decisions unhindered.[6]

After she ended up getting hacked, she attempted to fight against the virus corrupting her until she asked Ruby and her friends to kill her so that they would get her powers instead and prevent Ironwood from completing his plans. However, after Nora told her that the virus is only a part of her and Jaune boosts her Aura, she managed to suppress the virus until she was given a Human body by Ambrosias.

After she was mortally wounded fighting Cinder in "The Final Word" she asked Jaune to kill her so her powers wouldn't go to her and because she wanted to make her final choice herself. After he reluctantly agreed, she revealed to Winter that she thought about her and that she wouldn't be completely gone, but now a part of her.

Penny and her personality operated under an AI before she was turned into a Human.

The people had turned on me because I protected a monster. That added to the fact that it was believed I killed my goddess, which I did not, got me sent there"

"Hm jaune I want to ask something why did you want to become a huntsman in the first of all ?" Jaune's eyes fell for a second before composing himself and continuing to fix Erebus up.

"Let's just say it wasn't a normal At first but I wanted to be a hero just like my forefathers and their ancestors for them. It was different, at that time I couldn't known what was ahead to me If I did I would have become a farmer like my father you know I start to get why They never wanted me to become a warrior cuz I will end up just like them miserable the more I understand the more I think I should have left But it's way too late We have to finish what my team and my friends what we have began We have to stop her no matter the cost and I even stained my hands with blood of a friend I can never go back on that but at least I can do is save my friends who landed here on this world at least I can save them and send them home that's all I can do I couldn't let her die" Erebus seemed to want to continue asking questions but decided against it.

"Alright, but there is one thing that confuses me. Why didn't they just ask You're so called headmaster that why didn't you just summon them and ask the questions The more you tell me about them the more suspicious it gets They would be able to tell if you lied" jaune arc pondered it for a moment, coming up short and shaking his shoulders

"I don't know. From what I heard, I They left us a long time ago and he told us if we ever meet again they will bring judgment upon us and they will end us" Erebus thought about that deeply

'Something isn't right here' His gut told him, but he stopped thinking about it for now.

"There, you look much better! And now for this..." jaune pulled out the dye and Normally when someone mentions dye, they think about a liquid that you pour over something to dye it and This.... this was another type of dye and It was a magic item that completely changed a body's hair color just by putting it on the head and One of the key components is a magic stone since the magic in it is used for imbuing the hair with the color at best "hm Maybe I should go buy one for myself as well. "

As Jaune put the dye on Erebus head and then it started to shine slightly as Erebus hair started going white, spreading from the center. Eventually all his hair will matched and jaune took a step back, nodding at him as he looked him over at jaune.

"You look better, less recognizable to people who have seen you. All we need now is new clothes and everything is set" jaune said as Erebus shook his head

"What's wrong with my clothes? I like my suit you know" has he tried to defend his wear of fashion sense as are blonde knight shook his head side by side a sign of no.

"Oh, you can have a suit but just a different kind of one and some People will recognize it.... Well it's kind of unique you know" Erebus was stared at him as he just crossed the line or said a bad joke or something that's very personal and he knows he's right he grunted before standing up at this you claim and he was preparing to buy new clothes and soon he hates shopping.

"Anyway, should we head towards the canal first hand checker what type of a place is it and we need to know the rules first then you could start our business shall we?" Jaune told his friend as Erebus nodded as they took of towards the canal to see what this all this fuss is about If it's good why not easy money.

TELSKYURA'S ARENA :

THAT NIGHT

" Did you just say they were Two men arrived in Telskyura?" A goddess has long red hair that is similar in color to fresh blood. She has brown skin and wears a revealing outfit like her Familia members along with a necklace made of bones, a fanged mask, and has a strange and powerful look, slightly annoyed at time but This news was exciting for her as she nodded at her guard in excitement.

"Yes, Kali. One is an ex-adventurer, and from his aura, he was a level 5 or higher which means he was allowed inside" Kali stare at her gaurd and then nodded at the good news.

"And the other one is he a fighter too or someone else entirely ?" The guard looked up at her and opened her mouth to explain.

"No" As the goddess raised her eyebrow at this.

"His God and I didn't get his name but he only wanted to follow the blonde hair person and Something along the lines of experiencing the lower world for all it's worth and He also did mentioned you were an old friend of his " Kali was surprised at that Most of her old friends, she had already met down in Gekai, the only ones remaining were Parvati, who would never go to the lower world and.....Erebus.... which can't be right and He was sent back to Heaven seven years ago when he let the charge in ourario as the member and founder of evilest..... ok.....This was getting very interesting indeed Has she smirked at this thought.

"Alright, keep an eye on them and report back everything and I would like to see what they will do here in the city of amazons and Will they do " The guard nodded And then bowed and taking her leave as Kali smirked on her face As She sat at her throne, the sounds of battle reaching her ears from down below her as she saw two of her Amazons warriors for killing each other as a blood was everywhere She just watched and she was excited for the outcome other than tire ideal.

"This might prove interesting" She said chuckling like a child.
