The 27th floor of the Dungeon, ominously known as the "White Palace," was not just a vast and desolate expanse of ghostly white stone; it also carried the growl of unseen monsters lurking in the oppressive silence. The atmosphere was suffocating, a heavy tension weighing on the air. Yet, it was nothing compared to the despair that descended when the Juggernaut, a monster of unparalleled terror, emerged. Its presence turned the already hopeless situation into one of utter desperation.
Alise Lovell, captain of the Astraea Familia, stood with her sword at the ready. Beside her, the vice-captain, Kaguya, tried to keep her composure, even as she wrapped her wounded shoulder with a torn piece of cloth. A short distance away, Lyra, who had lost both her eyes, was crawling toward them. At the center of this chaotic scene lay Ryuu Lion, still on the floor, struggling to regain her strength.
Breathing heavily, Alise tightened her grip on her sword. Her crimson hair, once flowing like a banner of hope, now clung to her face, matted with sweat and blood. "We have to give Ryuu a chance to survive," she muttered, determination burning in her eyes.
Kaguya, her own injuries evident, nodded silently. Her gaze flickered to the fallen forms of her comrades, the weight of their sacrifice heavy on her heart.
As they prepared for what they believed to be their final stand, the atmosphere suddenly shifted. The very fabric of reality seemed to tear apart, and from the void stepped a figure draped in darkness. Sasuke Uchiha appeared without warning, his Sharingan glowing with an ominous red light as he surveyed the scene.
His presence was calm, almost detached as if the chaos of the battlefield was beneath his concern. He observed the three remaining warriors with a faint smirk.
"So, this is the fall of the Astraea Familia," Sasuke remarked, his voice carrying a cold edge. "Pathetic. But I hope it's worth my effort."
Alise turned sharply, her sword raised in defense. "Who are you?" she demanded, her voice tinged with both fear and resolve.
Kaguya narrowed her eyes at Sasuke, noting his youthful appearance. He couldn't be older than fifteen, yet there was something unsettling about the way he emerged from the void. She racked her brain, trying to match him to any powerful individuals she knew of, but she came up empty. "There's something different about him," she murmured.
Ryuu, despite her focus on preparing the final spell, felt a shiver run down her spine,as
The boy sudden appearance at such a time wasn't normal.
Sasuke tilted his head slightly, considering them. "You're all going to die here, you know. But before that happens, I'm curious… what is more precious to you: your justice or your friendship?"
Alise gritted her teeth, her resolve hardening. "Justice and friendship are both vital to us, but in this moment, friendship is what drives us. We fight to honor our fallen comrades and protect our friend, Ryuu."
"You don't seem like someone who cares about justice or friendship, so why ask such a question?" Kaguya challenged, her gaze never leaving Sasuke.
Sasuke's smirk faded as he pointed to Ryuu. "I'm here to pick up that elf," he said, his tone matter-of-fact. He paused briefly, weighing his options. Originally, he had planned to come after all of her friends were gone, but now he considered whether to save them as well. "Very well," Sasuke decided, stepping forward. "It doesn't matter. If I'm picking one, picking a few more won't be a problem."
In the distance, the Juggernaut, having finished off a group of adventurers, lunged back at Alise and her companions. Alise, Kaguya, and Lyra, who could barely stand after losing her sight, prepared for another round.
Ryuu, struggling to maintain her concentration on the spell, suddenly felt a hand on her lips as it gently opened her mouth. Sasuke, taking out a vial of *Calming Draught*—a potion known for soothing emotions—poured the contents into her mouth. Before she could spit it out, Sasuke spoke, "This will calm down you now listen after I take down this version I hope you will follow me."
The Juggernaut lunged, its massive claws slashing through the air with a terrifying speed. Before Alise and Kaguya could move
Sasuke appeared between them and the Juggernaut," you should take care Ryuu," Sasuke ordered, his gaze never leaving the Juggernaut. "Let me test my strength with this little creature.",
Sasuke activated his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, covering himself in a giant Susanoo instant as he couldn't take any chance, the Juggernaut unleashed a flurry of attacks, its claws, and tail striking in a frenzy. Susanoo who was still not complete started to crack and looking at this Sasuke's mouth started to twitch as it was always described Susanoo has a absolute defence but when it's time to fight it will crack like egg.
"It's really shameful for the so-called strongest defense to crack every other fight," Sasuke muttered, his voice dripping with sarcasm. But rather than discouraging him, He formed a massive bow outside his Susanoo, an arrow crackling with both lightning and pure chakra as it's materialized in place.
With a swift motion, Susanoo released the arrow. It shot forward with blinding speed, a bolt of raw destruction aimed directly at the Juggernaut. Knowing the force of the attack, Sasuke expanded Susanoo to shield the four girls behind him, ensuring the resulting shockwaves wouldn't harm them.
The arrow collided with the Juggernaut, creating a massive explosion of lightning that shook the entire floor. The creature let out an agonized roar as the thunderous energy ripped through its body, leaving it crippled and on the verge of death.
As the dust began to settle, Sasuke allowed Susanoo to fade, The Juggernaut, now barely clinging to life, lay before him, Not willing to give it even a moment to recover, Sasuke moved in swiftly.
With one final, decisive strike, he bisected the Juggernaut, its massive form collapsing in a lifeless heap. Sasuke stood victorious, his gaze cold and unyielding as he turned to face the girls he had saved.
