In the span of weeks, with additional manpower provided by Orochimaru, the once dense forest had been replaced by newly built houses, training grounds, hospitals, research centers, and Sasuke's magic castle equipped with the most destructive weapons.
While the city had fewer than 5,000 people, its magical attributes made up for the difference, especially its self-repairing buildings and the numerous magical items available, like self-driving flying carriages. It wasn't about creating a situation where people might become useless from having too easy a life; rather, the city was designed to handle average tasks without requiring much work from its inhabitants.
From the highest room in the castle, Sasuke was looking out the window, his mind wandering as he pondered what to do with his life and the people he had gathered. Aside from conducting some tests to resurrect the dead, he didn't have much to occupy his time, which was becoming quite boring for him. His thoughts were interrupted by the sight of Hiashi Hyuga entering the room.
"Sasuke," Hiashi began, taking out a letter, "There seems to be some conflict on the borders of the Fire Nation and the Thunder Nation."
Sasuke's gaze remained fixed out the window. "It doesn't seem to be your concern. We might be in a financial bind, but we don't work for the foolish leaders of the Fire Nation."
Hiashi hesitated, then continued, "It's not just about that. There are concerns about security and what they might do in the future."
Sasuke turned to face Hiashi, his voice confused. "Security? Do they want me to release the Nine-Tails to make them realize how safe this place is?"
Hiashi smiled, understanding the situation. "It's just that they had to suddenly leave the village, which has put them on edge."
Their conversation was cut short by a sudden chill in the air. Sasuke smiled as he sensed a familiar presence.
"It's been a long time, Sasuke," Orochimaru said as he arrived.
"It's only been one week, Orochimaru, since we last met."
"For me, it feels like a very long time. I'm eager to start the research," Orochimaru said, recalling the events of one week ago when he delivered his disciple. Sasuke had asked him to study a stone related to the God of Death, and just thinking about the Otsutsuki cells he had obtained earlier, combined with this item related to souls, excited him.
Sasuke casually took out the Resurrection Stone from Harry Potter and handed it to Orochimaru. "While it might not be useful in this world, its connection to souls cannot be denied."
Orochimaru examined the stone. "I really want to know how you were able to go to another world without anyone knowing."
Sasuke's expression didn't change. Since he had already shared a lot of information and knowledge from the Harry Potter world, it didn't make sense to hide it anymore. He had given hints earlier. "It's impossible for anyone to know, given the time I left and the exact moment I returned."
"Have you thought about traveling again?" Orochimaru suggested, thinking about the idea of seeing a new world. "You should take me with you next time."
Dismissing Orochimaru's suggestion, Sasuke thought to himself that after having so many women around, it didn't make sense to bring a man along when traveling to another world. "It's better for you to just study the nature of souls from the other worlds. When I'm strong enough, I'll connect all the worlds. Then you can travel as much as you want."
Hiashi, who had been silent since Orochimaru entered the room, finally spoke. "If it's possible, instead of taking one or two people, you should take a group." He continued to explain, "If you can take a group of people and train them outside, then return at the exact time, it would help us deal with the shortage of manpower."
Hearing this, Sasuke began to think,'Why does everyone want me to leave? It's not like I'm going to take them, and isn't it better for me to stay here and quietly do my research'.
The system wanted to interrupt Sasuke but decided to wait until nobody was around.
After a few more discussions related to research and some plans about ensuring that when they start accepting ninja missions, they won't face situations where they're attacked from all sides, Sasuke suggested that he could modify some flying brooms to be usable by both ninjas and wizards. This would not only improve their mission success rate but also help with security, as it would make it easier to escape in life-and-death situations.
After sending off both Hiashi and Orochimaru, Sasuke made his way to his lab, where Karin was waiting for him, wearing a white lab coat. She had been chosen as his assistant for his experiments.
Without much talk, both of them entered in the room where Tsunade was staying in her undergarments this wasn't because of some his weird hobbies it was because this was experimental room where he is doing some test on first generation cells while not useful for him,but they were quite mild compared to Otsutsuki cells which he tested by injecting in some criminals the result was he couldn't control. since he had Tsunade and first generation cells it's most logical to transform and inject those cells in Tsunade.
