"Sorry Mom, that's impossible."
Deghhhh!
Ahio's heart stopped beating and turned to the source of the voice in disbelief to see Darius standing straight, emitting a kind of dominant aura. He stepped forward, with every movement Ahio's breath hitched.
Ahio turned to see Fathur and Mrs Marlin's reactions.
"Darius?" Mrs. Marlin said in disbelief, her warm sweet smile had disappeared and was replaced by shock. As quickly as the smiles were exchanged, the expression that was initially shocked changed to full of sharp and thorough assessment.
'The aura here is thick. Since when did Mrs. Marlin have a dark aura?'
Darius held Ahio's shoulder, rubbing gently sending a calming signal.
"Long time no see, Mom."
"What do you mean, Mr. Hanserheart?"
"Adopted children are better, be quiet."
Fathur's jaw tightened, he hit the table, making a loud sound.
Ahio jumped in surprise. "Heik."
"Don't make a scene at the Zezonheart mansion. Darius-" Mrs. Marlin glared.
"Why did you decide to appear? Is it because of this human?"
Mrs Marlin's index finger pointed at Ahio in a good way but Ahio felt strange. 'What does this mean?'
"She's an human indigo. Ahio Isme Hanserheart will not marry anyone but with me."
Fathur smiled half-forcedly while Mrs. Marlin stared intensely Ahio.
Not wanting to drag it out, Fathur placed his hand on his chin. "You exploited her, Darius. That's not sincere love." Fathur spoke flatly. "After all, I'm your older brother after all, show some dignity after years of running away and then suddenly appearing like this."
"You're shameless."
Darius tilted his head to the left, a calm look in the eyes of that person. "Hehehe... Hah..."
Ahio held Darius' hand on her shoulder, then looked up at Darius, pleading radiated through Ahio's eyes.
'I beg you, don't fight. We're outnumbered.'
Darius looked down at the pale Ahio. Even though he was covered in a dress, the cold temperature was felt on Darius' palms.
He looked up, a friendly smile on his lips. "Sorry for my impudence, I came to pick up my mate. Ahio Isme is only mine."
"You never change, Darius." Mrs Marlin got up, threw a slap at Darius' cheek.
The mother and child looked at each other at the same time communicated using a mind link.
Drag!
Ahio was withdrawn. "Let's go first, let mother and son deep talk."
Ahio glanced at Darius before waking up was about to get up to give the two of them personal space.
Drag!
Darius didn't need to look at Ahio, his hand was right on target holding the girl's finger. A close link, even if heaven and earth were torn apart, nothing could separate the two.
Ahio was stunned. Fathur held that girl's arm tightly.
"I know you must be considering whether to kill Mommy or not," said Mrs. Marlin.
Ahio was in deep shock. It didn't take any courage for her to let go of Darius' hand. 'Oh my God, I can't believe I made it!'
Ahio looked at Darius from the side. "Darius, I will leave you if you hurt Mom both physically and mentally. You are the werewolf here, not me. If I am rejected you, I will not suffer any consequences."
Darius turned his head, blue eyes sparkling in the night. "You fool!"
Drag!
Fathur pulled Ahio behind his body to avoid Darius going berserk at any time. Whether it was intentional or not, Ahio was still injured.
"Talk nicely first, Darius. l and Ahio hang out for a bit." Fathur spoke diplomatically.
Darius' teeth chattered in annoyance, jaw tensed and claws manifested ready to fight when necessary.
"If you take my mate away, look what happens, Fathur."
Fathur raised both hands in surrender. "Yes, sir heart's." (Refers to the Zezonheart and Hanserheart surnames which end in the same way.)
Ahio was pulled by Fathur who sank in a daze. Their destination was not far, instead of taking Ahio into the mansion, Fathur took Ahio along the river.
"Levos is a label that I created myself, not Zezonheart which changed its name."
Ahio looked down at her feet which were smaller than Fathur's. "Why are you telling me?"
"This isn't very important information. Besides, Darius will find out sooner or later."
Ahio suddenly lost confidence, she was embarrassed. 'I think, Fathur knows my hidden intentions in approaching him. Darius is right, people are more 'smart' than me.'
Fathur put Hand in his trouser pockets. "Zezonheart is under my management. Previously, this throne was what I inherited, after getting capital I created a new label. I didn't touch the initial company further. Zezonheart stood alone and developed rapidly."
"..."
"Are you serious about spending your life with Darius? He is temperamental, stubborn, rude, and wants to win on his own. Can you imagine, he would rather throw away the throne on a golden spoon that has been prepared for him, to, obey his desire was kill and do dirty work?"
"He's a cold-blooded mobster."
Ahio looked up and raised one hand. "I already know, you don't need to bother provoking me about Darius' personality."
Fathur was speechless, stunned in disbelief, before finally chuckling. "Darius can to drag people into an illusionary dimension. you're one of the passive objects. We must have met in that dimension of time and space."
Ahio looked away.
Fathur smiled knowingly. "You know my name, we must have a close relationship."
"Enough, I'm fed up."
"You are a good person, Ahio. No provision of fate requires you to dirty your hands. A good person like you is not worthy was KILLING."
"Think carefully because Darius won't budge."
Fathur looked back. "Oh, are you done, Darius?"
Fathur lowered his head to create a safe distance but still are VIOLATING. "Persuade Darius if you don't believe me. I'm curious to what extent you managed to control a desire to kill from an animal."
Fathur went to meet Darius, doing their eye contact exchanged an aura of intimidation that filled the air.
Ahio gasped. Heavy and shortness of breath.
