Like Hazel was doing, I took a piece of the fish's meat which I then hand fed to the patient before me.
I couldn't just give the patient the fish for him to eat, even when he could move his very own arms. He is injured after all, so he could go berserk for food at any time and eat the whole fish with its bones as a result.
I didn't want to risk any further injuries nor did I want to risk the patient going berserk. That's why although I was handfeeding the guy, I was making sure that I was doing it fast enough.
"Can someone take over for me?"
I called someone to take over my position because a thought was bothering me. I couldn't continue feeding the patient, because my speed would start slowing down once I would be in deep thought. As for why I would be in deep thought, that's because I couldn't help wondering why none of the two went berserk after getting injured by the centipede.
