"Yes?" Sutow looked at me with unsure eyes after hearing my sudden question. He had just gone through the door, and there I was already, barraging him with a random question all of a sudden instead of welcoming him.
Naturally, his reaction to my words was similar to that of a confused person who couldn't help but pull himself a few steps back out of surprise and sudden pressure. Similar to him, so were the reactions of the many others that came after him and his fellow. They were all forced to be cornered by my sudden question the moment they entered through the door to reunite with me and their other fellows.
This scene of me throwing a sudden question at newcomers all happened for a solid thirty minutes, perhaps more or less. I kept doing this repeatedly,and was in a constant cycle of already having picked another book by the time a new couple of followers arrived through the door.
