Klein stepped out from the door and unto the second floor, as he came out what met is eyes was a foggy forest scenery. He had no idea what monster lurked here or what dangers awaited him. He was ignorant of the floor layout, the monster weakness, and everything in between.
But Klein was determined to survive. He drew his dagger, his hand ready to attack. He had defeated the kyred (the first level boss monster)on the previous floor, but he knew that this floor will bring more challenges, he moved forward, his footsteps echoing in the fog.
Suddenly a figure emerged from the darkness in the fog. It was a lizard man, its scaly skin glistening in the dim light. Klein heart skipped as the lizard man charged towards him, it's spear at the ready, Klein reacted instinctively, dodging to the sides and striking back with his dagger.
The battle was intense, with Klein relying on his instinct and reflexes to survive. He has no idea what he was up against, but he fought with all his might. The lizard man was strong, but Klein's dagger found its mark again and again.
As the fight wore on, Klein began to tire. The lizard man seemed endless, it's strength unwavering, everytime the lizard man strike his spear, Klein always escape it by an air breath.
The lizard man charged towards Klein, it's spear at the ready to pierce Klein's head.
Klein stumbled backwards, his vision blurring. And then, just when he thought all was lost, his head is going to be pierced, he remembered the power he gain after absorbing the kyred attribute crystal.
Klein quickly activate it, immediately after mana rush all over his body, and just like that he disappeared.
(The power is called stealth or camouflage).
After Klein activated the power, he became one with the darkness surrounding them, he was invincible to the lizard man's naked eyes, he quickly moved away from the line of the spear. He caught his breath, his heart still racing from the chance of almost dieing.
The lizard man could not feel any contact after the spear reached Klein location, instead he almost fell down, he had put too much force thinking that, this will end the human. So he felt disoriented and confused because he could remember seeing the human just a seconds ago.
Klein took advantage of the reprieve, catching his breath and preparing for his next move. He knew he couldn't stay hidden forever, but it was a temporary solution. He peeked out of the shadows, his eyes fixed on the lizard man. It was still searching for him, it's eyes scanning the area.
Klein smiled to himself, a plan forming in his mind. He would use his camouflage ability to his advantage, striking from the shadows and taking down the lizard man. He readied his dagger, his heart pounding your in his chest, it was time to strike back.
Klein waited until the lizard man was close to his location, it's spear still at the ready. Then with lightening - fast speed, he struck from the shadows, his dagger sliced through the air, aiming for the lizard man's chest.
The lizard man tried to react, but Klein strike was too quick. The dagger struck true, burying himself deep in the lizard man chest. The creature let out a pained hiss as it fell towards the ground, defeated.
Klein breath a sign of relief, he has done it, he has defeated the lizard man using his camouflage ability, he felt a surge of confidence knowing he can use this power fully to his advantage in future battles.
He then walk, towards the forest with cautiousness, his dagger and his camouflage ability at the ready, he did not take ten step fully, before he stopped, he felt like he was about to step into a trap, so he waited.
But as he stood there, catching his breath, and giving himself a pat in his own back, Klein realized that he wasn't alone. More lizard man emerges from the fog, their eyes fixed on him with cold gazes. Klein heart sank knowing that he was in for a long fight.
He readied his dagger, preparing for the next battle. He knew that he need to use is camouflage ability wisely, striking from the shadows and taking down the lizard men one by one. It was the only way he will survive on this floor without using his trump card.
With a deep breath, Klein charged forward, his dagger at the ready. The battle was just beginning.
Klein charged forward, his dagger flashing in the dim light of the forest. He dodged and weaved between the lizard man, using his camouflage ability to strike from unexpected angles. His dagger slices through the air, his dagger striking true time and again.
But despite his best effort, Klein found himself surrounded. The lizard man were too numerous, and too strong. He stumbled backwards, a hit landed on him, he quickly use his dagger to block it.
Even though he blocked it, he could still feel the impact of the strike. His hands felt like jelly, his consciousness almost gone. He bit his tongue for him to stay awake, even though his vision was still blurring. As another punch almost landed on him he saw a tall tree inside the darkest part of the forest, he quickly dodged the punch and ran to the direction of the tree.
He felt tired, but as if his body know that if he did not reach the tree he will die, it pumped high adrenaline into my body. The feeling felt surreal, it almost felt I was in heaven.
As that thought enter my head, I quickly erased it and focus on reaching the tree, he did not even bother looking back, he only focus on the tree.
Finally, he reached the tree, when he reached the tree he waited for the lizard man to almost reach him, as soon as they have almost reach him, he spun around the tree and immediately camouflaged.
When the lizard men went around the tree to look for him they couldn't find him, so they were confused, and disoriented.
As usual Klein when Klein sees opportunity, he never fail to take it. In that moment of confusion, Klein struck.
The dagger strike, through the air, striking true time and again, with every strike a lizard man fell, this continue for some time before it was over. It almost resemble a slaughter house.
At the same time he received message from his system interface, but he ignored it.
Klein leaned on tree, he was resting and catching his breath, he used the time to check his window, he found out he has level thrice.
He then went towards the bodies to remove their attributes crystal because he is going to need them, out of almost 30 bodies he found 17 water attribute crystal. He then absolve 5 and kept the rest.
After absorbing the five, he gain another skill:

As he was checking his interface (which is the tree of evolution interface, not a system)he felt as if he was being watched, he then looked at his right, he found no one, his left, no one, he then look up he found a person in a red cloak looking at him.
He quickly brought out his weapon.
