Despite it still being no later than the afternoon, it was hard to tell as the molten territory was overshadowed by a sky of smoke and ash. It was a subtle incline, with the path cutting between two mountainous formations neighboring waterfalls, only replaced by bright-orange lava.
The hike itself was an obstacle of its own as Zero glanced back, seeing some not adjusting so well to the heat; namely the thief and sniper, who panted like dogs in summer.
Zero opened his menu, seeing the approximate temperature:
[TEMPERATURE: 144 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT]
"Does anybody have water? I can feel my throat drying…like I ate a biscuit," Kiwi said.
A bottle of refreshing aqua was handed off to the golden-haired girl from Veil, "Here you go." Veil said.
Kiwi happily accepted the offering, grasping it with both hands before taking a large guzzle.
