At the very least, Alejandro wanted to know the position of his enemies, where the Pierce Throat Pirates were, but when Hashvil began boasting about how he had met the deadly pirates and even had a friendly drink with them, a sudden realization hit him, one which the bastard across from him had made clear.
Making this realization had made Alejandro feel so stupid. What he was just realizing now was something he should have known long ago, the WFA captain across from him wasn't just on Hashvil's side, she was in his palm.
It wasn't a matter of them perhaps sharing a similar interest but more of her seeking to fulfill his interest, and in the worst case, seeking a relationship.
With this realization, Alejandro knew that all his efforts and talks so far were for nought.
