Chapter 18 - Microcontroller I

Arriving at the classroom, Vikram glanced towards the seat next to him. There sat Aria, engrossed in her studies, diligently making notes. Despite Vikram taking a seat next to her, Aria remained focused on her work, unaware of his presence. Observing her immersed in her studies, Vikram couldn't help but admire her diligence. Aria's lack of self-confidence concealed her gorgeous looks, despite her casual attire, with braids framing her face and baggy clothes concealing her figure. Her looks were a testament to her natural beauty and dedication to academics.

Sensing someone's gaze beside her, Aria glanced towards it and caught Vikram looking at her. Aria caught Vikram looking at her, causing him to swiftly turn his head away. Aria couldn't help but laugh at the sight, finding amusement in Vikram's unintentional candid moment.

Aria, still chuckling, decided to break the silence. "Caught red-handed, Vikram?"

Vikram, with a sheepish grin, replied, "Well, I guess my stealth skills need some improvement."

Aria teased, "Stealth skills? Is that what we're calling it now? Well, you might want to work on them unless you want everyone to know you're secretly admiring their study habits."

Vikram laughed, "Noted. I'll add that to my list of skills to improve."

As Aria prepared to playfully pinch Vikram, the professor entered the classroom and brought an end to their lighthearted banter. Vikram, sensing the professor, quickly shifted his attention to the front, suppressing a laugh.

Aria, with a mischievous glint in her eyes, decided to save her playful antics for later, giving Vikram a sly smile. The class commenced, and both of them immersed themselves in the lecture, the earlier teasing adding a subtle undercurrent of camaraderie to the academic atmosphere.

Vikram, after the class, decided to attend another lecture in a different class. The professor for this class was a woman with well-defined curves, aged around 30. Students were always eager to attend her lectures, evident by the classrooms being filled with her popularity. It seemed that no one wanted to miss the opportunity to be part of her class.

As Vikram entered the room, he found a seat towards the back. The professor greeted the class with a warm smile, capturing everyone's attention. Vikram, looking at the professor, couldn't help but think of the past when he was also an admirer of her beauty. She even tried to help him stand up when she heard about the unfortunate accident. Now, meeting her again, he felt a sense of happiness. Professor Anika Rao—that is her name. Anika stands at an average height, complemented by her curvy and well-proportioned figure. Her lustrous, long, black hair falls gracefully around her shoulders, and her eyes are a unique mix of grey and green. As the lecture progressed, Vikram couldn't help but admire not only the professor's teaching skills but also her engaging beauty that captured the attention of the students.

After the class concluded, Vikram lingered for a moment, contemplating whether to approach Professor Anika Rao for any additional insights or questions. However, he decided against it for now, realizing he had other priorities. He needed to meet with Aditya to discuss the ongoing MP3 player project. With a sense of excitement, Vikram left the classroom, setting his focus on the imminent discussion with Aditya.

Walking towards the dorm area, Vikram turned around as he heard someone calling him. To his surprise, he saw Aditya running towards him with excitement. However, Aditya's face displayed signs of fatigue, evident from the dark circles under his eyes, indicating a lack of sufficient sleep.

"Vikram! Finally, you are here. I asked Priya where you were, and she told me you were at Professor Anika's class, but the classroom was empty, leaving a few students. They told me you went back to the dorm, so I ran all the way here."

Vikram smiled at Aditya's enthusiasm and concern. "Well, you didn't have to run all the way here. I just attended a class and was on my way back to the dorm." He noticed the exhaustion on Aditya's face and added, "Looks like you've been working hard. Late-night projects again?"

"Well, I woke up late at night after you left my room. I was still feeling sleepy, so I decided to catch up on some much-needed rest. Oh, and I've got some good news for you, well lets go to my room i will show you there." Aditya shared with a grin, his excitement evident in his voice.

Vikram raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Good news? Don't keep me in suspense, Aditya. What's the news?" Aditiya just grimmed did not plan to tell to Vikram anything now.

Aditya led Vikram to his room, the excitement building up as they entered. Aditya then turned to Vikram and said, "Well, Vikram, the good news is... I've successfully found a company that can manufacture the custom microcontroller chips for our MP3 player!"

Vikram's eyes widened with surprise and delight. "That's fantastic news, Aditya! You've really made progress. Tell me more about the company and how we can proceed."

Aditya gestured for Vikram to take a seat as they huddled around the cluttered desk. Vikram glanced around the room, noting the transformation from cleanliness to chaos. The main microcontroller-related materials stood out among the scattered papers and notes.

Curious, Vikram asked, "Aditya, what have you been up to in the last couple of days? It looks like you've been diving deep into the details of the microcontroller."

Aditya chuckled in embarrassment. "Well, my mind was too occupied with these things, and I got carried away by the project. I've been refining the design and exploring distinct possibilities for the main motherboard. Let me show you what I've come up with so far."

Aditya pulled out a set of detailed diagrams, sketches, and notes, laying them out on the cluttered desk. He began explaining the intricacies of the design, pointing out key features and improvements he had incorporated. As Vikram listened, he could see the meticulous thought process behind each decision.
