"Anyway what do we have" Melanie said as she looked at Mika.
"So far, not much..." as he spoke Luella joined them, she sat beside Melanie. Kai closed his eyes, ignoring those around him, as he sat there he entered a meditative state, ignoring the chaos of the world.
"Entity" he called out in his consciousness.
He waited calmly for a reply and a few seconds a voice rang out in his head "Kai"
"What's happening?" Kai asked.
"Straight to the point" Entity said with a chuckle.
"You said it's awake, what exactly is awake and what is going on?" Kai inquired.
"The egg... its hatch... need... bleed..."
Kai frowned, like before he felt the absence of entity within him. Did he not want to talk to him anymore? He asked himself.
Suddenly there was loud repeated banging on the door, everyone turned to the door frightened while others quickly hid under the table for safety.
Outside the door were three boys "Let us in!!" they yelled. Nour walked over to the door.
"Don't" Eira said and they all looked at her "What-" she paused and swallowed hard "What if they turn like Aarav did?" she asked in a shaky voice as she looked at Aarav's inhumane form lying unconscious on the floor.
"Please it's coming after us" one of the boys outside begged with urgency as they banged the door.
"We have to let them in" Nour said.
"Why do we have to?" Eira asked "People are getting butchered outside do you want to join them?" she exclaimed.
One of the boys began kicking the door, "Stop!!" Javier yelled at the boys and turned to face them "Eira is right, we can't let them in"
"Javier" Nour yelled,
*AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH*
A loud roar echoed through the air, freezing everyone, Eira's feet gave in and she fell to the floor as her eyes began to water "No.." she whimpered.
They finally succeeded in pushing back all of the chairs and rushed in. Javier rushed to them "Hey what are you doing?" he exclaimed as the boys began stacking the chairs back. One of the boys shoved Javier away.
*STUMP*
They ground quaked underneath them as a monster approached. Tears dropped from Eira's eyes as she clenched her fist.
"I don't wanna die" she cried silently as she gritted her teeth.
"Let's stack up the chairs" Nour ordered as she joined the boys in stacking the chairs. Panic filled the room as they heard and felt the monster approaching. Luella dragged Melanie under a table, Aino and some others hid herself.
Eira slowly raised her eyes to see a huge monster close to the door, fear gripped her as she stared at the monster. The others quickly went to hide without properly sealing the door. Mika stayed crouched on the floor.
Kai slowly open his eyes to see Eira rise from the ground, she looked like she was in a trance as she picked up the closest stool that was within her reach. Using the stool she hit one of the boys that was trying to hid, he fell to the ground, his back facing the opening on the door.
Kai watched as she used the stool again on him and successfully pushed him out the door. The whole class was silent as she closed the door and used her body to seal it. The boy still in shock staggered up and faced the monster.
It had one large eye that covered his face and a slit below it, was probably its mouth. The monster basically covered all of the hallway, it had two fat legs and a red skin with bulging veins showing all over its body. It's eyes were completed black with a tiny white dot in the middle.
The monster stopped stumping and the white dot moved down, like it was looking at the boy, the boy quickly latched himself to the door and the white dot followed his every move.
Nour peeped over at Eira "Eira what are you doing? Open the door" she whispered as the boy tapped the door and even tried to push it but Eira pushed against the door.
The monster opened its mouth, as soon as the boy saw this, he immediately gave up hope on entering the lab and ran. Eira turned around, from what she could see she was certain the monster could not see her or the door.
Eira saw as a black tongue shot out from the monster. The boy ran only to be roped in by a black tongue that wrapped around him. He struggled and even hit the tongue as it slowly pulled him back. Eira and the others heard as he screamed and cried out for help, Kai watched Eira's expression and smiled.
Mika too watched, and he was stunned to see a smirk on Kai's lips. Eira closed her eyes as the boy was pulled into the monsters mouth. His screams died downed and were engulfed by the monster. They all heard as the boys bones were being crushed and chewed on, followed by squishing sound and a loud swallowing sound.
Blood dripped from the monsters mouth as it enjoyed the remnant of the boy. The monster began to move, walking down the hall and away from the lab.
The others slowly made their way out of their hiding places, one of the boys that entered rushed up to her to hit her, the moment her raised his hand Antoine and Javier held him back, they looked to see Mika by the side holding the stool Eira held up in the air to hit the boy.
"Jason" they all heard one of them say "Don't you know it's not good to strike your juniors? Especially a girl" he added.
They all turned to see one of the boys sitting on a table, he had blond hair and a calm facial expression, just like them he was a student of the school but he wasn't their classmate
