Raijū, The Burning Rage vs Ikari Travis, The Hopeful Flash
"You're still going on about the rankings. You know very well the only one's that matter are the top 5. Those people are absolute monsters. Everyone else 6 and below are separated by a small gap and power."
(Raijū)
"Yeah yeah. I know that, I just like messing with you guys. Anyways this time you guys are going down. I'll be taking you down to Raijū. Kazuha here will take down you, Ansonī."
(Travis)
"Let's see how you beg for air this time. I really don't know when you'll learn that this fight is pointless."
(Ansonī)
"Heh. We'll see about that."
(Travis)
"Alright Travis you ready? Wait, how are we going to separate these guys? You said their powers together might be too much for us to handle. Also they can use their full might but we can't because we're on hard watch."
(Kazuha)
"Ah you're new here. We have a solution to that. It's also a buff for you guys also. We'll just go to a higher dimension. I can't do it anymore but I'm sure Sera can. How high can you take us? Amaterasu can see up to the 15th. Think you can do better?

"Of course master. Origin did make me. Book of Creation: 16th Dimensional Realm."

Sera transports everyone to the realm, 13 dimensions above the Land of Omnis common dimensional plane. This dimension isn't infinite in size but has an ever expanding boundary. There is nothing but whiteness as far as the eye can see.
"Ok there's no way Amaterasu should be able to sense everyone's power. But currently I'm the only one here who could stay indefinitely. Everyone else is on borrowed time. If this battle doesn't end in at least 2 hours. You all will disappear as your body can withstand being in this dimensional plane. 2 hours is all I can give you. The realm will automatically disappear at that time."
(Sera)
"Plenty of time to take down these clowns."
(Travis)
"These people have access to this level of power?! They must be the people Lord Amaterasu told us about. He said they were mostly pushovers. But the aura* this Kazuha guy is massive. The tanned buff guy and slim white haired guy also has a unique aura similar to Lord Amaterasu. I'm guessing white hair is Lord Amaterasu's father since all of the Mitasakou's share that characteristic."
(Raijū thinking)
*Aura is a visual representation of a person's power. Aura changes in color based on personality, origin, and a person's well being. Skilled people in the Land of Omni can detect Aura and sense aura. Some aura can be manipulated and have special properties.
"Ok we solved the full power problem. Now what about the other one?"
(Kazuha)
"No worries. I developed a skill perfect for these guys. Skill Domain: Countdown Cage Match."
(Travis)
Two huge electric cubes are created, one with Raiju and Travis another with Ansonī and Kazuha effectively separating everyone into 1v1 fights.
"This skill domain lasts exactly 1 hour but goes down if someone inside is dead for at least 5 minutes. Which is why I said earlier that we would have to finish within that time. But that was assuming we wouldn't be able to go all out. Now that we can, this fight will surely last longer. After the first hour the two cages merge into one making it a 2v2. But that cage has a unique effect that's pretty bad."
(Travis)
"Ok but what's stopping us from just leaving it. There's huge gaps in this cage.
(Raijū)
"If you were observant enough you would notice the small threads of electricity in between. Those threads can stretch for millions of miles and every second you're touching it, your power and life force is drained. So you can try and escape but there's 99.99% you'll die."
(Travis)
"Ok well all of the battle conditions are met. Let's start this thing now. I can finally show off my strength and be the op isekai protagonist I always wanted to be."
(Kazuha)
"Ok..... whatever that means. Raijū are you ready for our final 1v1 figh-"

"Skill State, True Fire: Honō no Gorira: Moeru Uchū Ken (burning space fist)"

Raijū enters a skill state where his arms and torso of flame resembles the mighty silverback gorilla. His punches burn through space and always hit. Any attack he receives is also burnt making their damage basically nothing.
"So that's how we start this huh. A cheap shot. Well I counter back skill state for skill state. Skill State, True Electricity: Rairyū."

Travis manifests an azure Dragon with Green eyes made of Lightning. The dragon lies on Travis' neck and projects its head onto his fist. This gives Travis the ability to control the opponent's bio electricity on every hit dealing durability negation damage. If Travis lands 20 hits in 5 seconds the opponent will be erased from all of existence. Travis can also shoot the dragon out of its fist with each attack. But the potency is halved and the kill clause is tripled.
"The dragon. I've always hated this thing. 20 hits in 5 seconds sounds hard. But when it's you doing it the idea becomes more feasible. But it's a good thing the gorilla can resist those hits."
(Raijū)
"Weird though, why did he start with the Dragon? The Tiger is far more suited to match against the Gorilla. Could he have developed a new technique?"
(Raijū thinking)
"Curious aren't you. Why I started with the Dragon. Well unfortunately you don't have enough time to think about such things. Look above."
(Travis)
Raijū quickly looks but..
"Huh? There's nothing but endless whitenes-."
(Raijū)
"Rairyū: Sen Ryū nō Ame(thousand dragon rain)."

Surrounding Raijū are thousands of azure lightning dragons charging at him at blistering speeds beyond light.
"Cheap shot for cheap shot huh. But you shouldn't have gotten me on my guard! Honō no Gorira: Moeru ō no Kodō(The Burning Heartbeat of The King)
(Raijū)
Raijū bounds his chest emitting flame waves of erasure but it's not enough to destroy them all. Raijū, noticing this, decides to counter the dragons head on by deflecting and erasing them with his true flames of erasure.
"Damn this guy never fails to disappoint me. I couldn't ask for a better opponent."
(Travis)
Raijū moves beautifully dodging and deflecting the high speed tracking dragons. Only 200 remain
"Why isn't he attacking with the Dragon's? I've never seen this sub-skill* so I have no idea about the rules it has on him."
(Raijū thinking)
*Sub-Skills are skills done in a skill state. Since a skill state is the embodiment of a skill this means that you cannot use any other normal skills while in it. The only way to do this is with a skill ultimatum which requires way more skill and energy or a sub-skill which is a weaker skill within a skill state. In order to do these though you need to give up something for a temporary moment until the skill ends. In this case Travis has given up his ability to move.
"There I defeated your dumb cheap shot. Now come at me head on."
(Raijū)
"Are you sure you defeated it? How do you know what the true goal of that attack was? I'll give you a hint: use your eyes."
(Travis)
"My eyes?!
(Raijū)
"Dammit I should've been more careful. Those dragons were loaded with his aura. Aura is infinite so it has no downside if you burn a lot of it and Travis has a special property in his aura. His electricity."
(Raijū thinking)
"Looks like you caught on. But it's too late. Now, Explode!"
(Travis)
Travis superchargers the electricity particles in his aura that's covering Raijū and his surrounding area. This highly potent attack negates durability and kills Raijū and turns his body to ashes.
"Come on, done already? The fight just began. I haven't even used any of my awesome skills."
(Travis)
"I know this fight isn't over. He has that."
(Travis thinking)
"Skill State, True Fire: Arekuruu Fushichō(raging phoenix). I'll admit Ikari was good. But as long as I have the phoenix I will never die."
(Raijū)
Raijū rises from the ashes with beautiful flame wings. These wings shoot how tracking feathers that when they hit will burn the opponent's life and strength. They also negate all damage done to Raijū. However the more the feathers are used the quicker the wings go.
"I know. I wanted you to bring this thing out. Let's take this fight to the sky. Skill State, True Electricity: Shōmei Tori."

Travis manifests a golden bird with purple eyes. This bird grants Travis its wings that allow him to move at beyond light speeds. But the deadliest of the Birds abilities is its feathers. Each feather is a concentrated electrical attack. That slows an opponent's movements and drains an opponent's stamina. It also drains their bio electricity making it slowly kill them. But in order to do that they have to infiltrate the body. These feathers move fast and don't stop until they hit.
"You know this is a foolish effort right? In the phoenix I will never take damage. Until all of the feathers are gone but you will not live till that point."
(Raijū)
"I beg to differ. Shōmei Tora: Hane no Arashi(feather storm)."
(Travis)
"Fine, don't beg for forgiveness when you're on the floor burning. Arekuruu Fushichō: Fukushū no Hane(feathers of revenge)."
(Raijū)
The two shoot an onslaught of feathers at each other. Which track and chase them. The two are attempting to dodge one other's attack while also trying to fight each other.
"These feathers won't stop until they take revenge on the cause of me entering the phoenix state. The better the cause, the stronger and faster they become and this cause happens to be death. I'll admit I let myself die. I could've easily burned the aura around me. But he knows that. So I'm confused on why he did such a pointless move. There's something suspicious going on."
(Raijū thinking)
"What the hell is up with these feathers? Why are they fast and aggressive? I can't shake them no matter how fast I go. It must have something to do with him intentionally killing himself. The skill is called feathers of revenge. What could they be taking revenge for? HIS DEATH! That's it, if that's the case I can't get rid of these unless I can't get rid of these unless I use the Tiger right now. But I can't not know that messes up my new Skill requirements. I just need one hit and I can use the Tiger."

They continue evading eachothers attack. Raijū with ease and Travis with extreme trouble. Multiple feathers have hitten Travis and are burning his lifespan at the moment.
"Raijū you really outdone yourself with this one. I don't even know what I'm meant to do."
(Travis)
"A worthless compliment. You should've known this would be your fate once you decided to challenge me. You have only 3 minutes until all of your life is drained. You might want to hurry and bring out the Tiger."
(Raijū)
"Yes, the Tiger can stop this attack. But the Tigers roar requires 2 seconds of no movement. In those 2 seconds I can change my sub-skill cost from no damage on impact to no strength drain on impact. But even if he does use the Tiger now, its roars potency probably won't be enough to destroy many of the Phoenix's feathers."
(Raijū thinking)
"Just one hit. Everything will be solved. JUST ONE DAMN HIT!"
(Travis)
Travis changes his sub-skill cost from high penetration on impact to loss of all potential future feathers for one single fast one with erasure resistance. As such the wings disappear.
"What did he do! Is he changing to Tiger?! No if that was the case he would've announced the Skill State. So what could it be what he do-"
(Raijū)
"Yes! It pierced. That's all I need. It's no where close to being a lethal hit but that was never my intention."
(Travis thinking)
"I keep being careless. Actually I have no idea if that was even predictable. Even so that type of attack isn't one that has any intention of killing. Not that he could have in the first place."
(Raijū thinking)
"Raijū it looks as if your time of flying is over and so is mine. Say goodbye to Shōmei Tori and hello to Skill State, True Electricity: Shōmei Tora(lighting tiger)"

Travis manifests an azure Tiger with Red eyes. The Tiger fights alongside Travis. The Tiger lets out a roar that conjures a lightning strike from the air that can instantly erase someone. The Tiger can also instantly Teleport Travis to a location in its range (the same as the lightning strike) Travis also gains the claws of the Tiger. Allowing him to shred the fabrics of space effectively making his attack hit from anywhere. The Tiger has very fast regeneration, agility, and attack.
"I commend you on surviving this long against the phoenix of all things as well. You have gotten very strong. But what I can't accept is the fact that you are holding back against me and plotting something. If you won't tell me what you are doing I'll have to force you by the power of my fist or claws I suppose. Skill State, True Fire: Moeru Yōna Rairon(flaming lion)"

Raijū embodies the prideful lion and gains their beautiful mane and body. This mane incinerates all that it touches and can be freely manipulated. The claws of the lion will apply True Fires special property of burn which will erase anything that gets hit by hit. The Lion has a passive effect to increase its influence around itself. Once the Lion's influence reaches a set parameter Raijū will gain an effect that grants him 100% accuracy. Additionally the lion will sacrifice the life of anything within its influence instead of itself when receiving a lethal blow.
"Damn, I made him mad. He went straight to his strongest state. I need the King before he reaches maximum influence. No worries one of my states conflicts with his and will force him to enter another that counters it, making the influence go back to zero. But once again I need one attack and then I can switch.
(Travis thinking)
"He needs to attack and then he can switch, I assume that's what he is thinking. However no matter what way you look at the only way to get out of this situation is to let him switch. I will let him land another hit and force him to switch. That way resetting the lion's influence won't really matter since it never was that much."
(Raijū thinking)
"I know what you're planning and it won't work! Wait what?!"
(Raijū and Travis)
"This is bad, did he figure out what I'm going to do or is he just bluffing. That reaction could be genuine or planned. Ugh this is why I hate fighting smart opponents."

"That was faster than I expected. Raijū is way smarter than I thought. But regardless I'm still going through with the plan."

The two with complete focus and attention charge at each other. Both with their own intentions.

Travis sends an attack that ignores mass and tears through space.
Raijū sends an attack that burns any obstacle in his way that would stop his attack that burns its opponent. But in this case this attack was burning the obstacles that would...
"He allowed it to hit? What the hell. Damn it I didn't think of that. This makes things way worse. Now he can have the Lion back up when I have the King. This fight will be way longer than it had to be. I'm forced to go use the snake or else I'll die from the Lion. This is one elaborate game of chess. But still how will he recover from that?"
(Travis thinking)
Raijū stands with a face of fulfillment but one would question why when there is a gaping hole in his chest.
"There you go, Ikari. I ended your plans. A smart one indeed. However you were up against me. This injury doesn't faze me in the slightest. All I have to do is deny the laws of the world and burn a new torso onto myself."
(Raijū)
Fire swirls around the wound and when it dissolves the wound is no more.
"What the hell?! How do you even do that? You're truly a freak of nature. One deserving the title of Harbinger. I have to get rid of your troublesome Lion. Then I can worry about how to end you. Skill State, True Electricity: Shōmei Hebi(lightning snake)."

Travis manifests a Purple Snake with Black Eyes. The Snake emits a field around the opponent that makes the opponent considered an entity of electricity. Allowing Travis to fully manipulate it. The snake can also be used as a whip that has the ability to give the opponent negative speed.
"Yes, the snake is truly an annoying thing to deal with. But its presence no longer worries me. I know now you just need one hit. You can control something other than the Lion. Skill State, True Fire: Moeru Kujira(flaming whale)."
(Raijū)
Raijū summons the gigantic Whale of apocalypse. The Whale plunges the battlefield in a sea of fire that melts and burns all who swim in it. The fire burns the mind, the soul, and the origin
However against the snake this is an advantage since the fire will be considered an entity of electricity which will allow Travis to control it. Raijū is fully aware of this fact and uses it to his advantage.
"Now go on using the snake, the wolf, and the bear. Get your petty hits in and then you can face the LION KING OF FIRE, HARBINGER OF RAGE, MOERU RAIJŪ! But there is also the option of quitting like a bitch."
(Moeru Raijū)
"Big talk for a guy who's going to lose. You're right I will get my petty hits in. But there's one thing you are definitely wrong about."

The sea of flames turns into a storm of lightning. Relentlessly attacking Raijū. But without a moment's waste.
"SKILL STATE, TRUE ELECTRICITY: SHŌMEI ŌKAMI(lighting wolf): KŪYONA OTO(hollow sound)."

Travis manifests a Golden Wolf with Orange eyes. The Wolf attacks with a vicious Howl that when hit will give Travis full control to the opponents nervous system effectively controlling their body.
"Skill State, True Fire: Moeru Yōna Rairon(flaming lion)"

"FUCK THAT LION HAVE ANOTHER ATTACK. SKILL STATE, TRUE ELECTRICITY: SHŌMEI KUMA(LIGHTING BEAR): 1 GŌGORUBORUTO NO ASHI (1 GOGOL VOLT PAW)"

"You finally used all of them. Now show me what I've been WAITING FOR! IKARI TRAVIS!"
(Raijū)
"You asked for Moeru Raijū. Dragon, Bird, Tiger, Snake Wolf, Bear. With these 6 summons I call forth the peak of power and ruler of the hollow heaven. SKILL ULTIMATUM: SHŌMEI-Ō(LIGHTING KING)"
(Travis)
Gains every former ability. Now in this state Travis can control particles to a photonic level. But this only exists in the surrounding area of the Skill Ultimatum. While in this form Travis gains an 'Uni' counter when he lands an attack with the other state's ability. Once all counts are achieved Travis will summon the Grand Beast 'Uni' a vicious Dragon as big as a skyscraper. Uni can start a tornado that rips through particles leaving a null space wherever it hits. But these Uni counters can be achieved beforehand
"Shit! It's an Ultimatum. I messed up. I have to use mine also."

"Raijū did you know that I could have used this. You thought that the prerequisite was an attack using every other state correct. Well I have news for you buddy. YOU'RE WRONG.
