2 decades ago... Back in Pan's old world of Earth.
A group of girls were picking on a single smaller and fragile girl.
They called her names, pulled on her hair and threw their things on the ground.
They were alone, and the fragile girl was on the verge of crying. It was a sorry sight.
But a voice called, when no other voice spoke out to help.
"Oi! You god damn whores!" Profanities from such a young voice.
It was then followed up with a dropkick on one of the bullies, perfect form, in school uniform.
The fragile girl watched in both horror and relief as this rather violent yet decisive girl was beating her bullies, outnumbered and probably outgunned, as she's as short as she was.
It took awhile, but the bullied retested, afraid of this ferocious girl's power.
"Yah! And don't you ever try that crap again, you bitches!" She yelled before sighing, she cleaned herself up a little and flinched from bruises.
The Ferocious Girl then looked to the Fragile one, smiling gleefully.
"You okay? They didn't hurt you that bad, did they?" She asked.
The fragile girl shook her head, wiping her tears away. The other girl went out of her way to help her collect her items.
"My name is Pan, by the way." The Ferocious Girl says.
"Pan Disalo, cool name, huh?"
Pan chuckled and that made the fragile girl chuckle as well.
"My name is Sarah." The Fragile Girl said.
"Ever since that day, and all my life, I vowed to protect people I loved. I was obviously young and careless..." Pan's thought says, as it goes back to the fight at hand.
"Well, it doesn't hurt to feel young again, and to be careless as well." Pan glared at Kilat, who was light on his foot, preparing to charge.
"I can't forgive anyone for picking on smaller folks, especially if they're my friends or loved ones..." Pan then prepares herself.
"I can't just let that slide!" Pan then takes a step forward, her arms prepared to shoot.
"Doughnut Shot!" Her fist blasts from her arm, piercing through the fire.
But as soon as Pan throws her shot, Kalit dashes out of the way.
"He's fast!" Pan thought as she looked at where he went.
Kalit landed on the side of a wall, glowing and sparkling with blue lightning. He chuckled to himself as he charges up.
"Don't think that'll work the second time! Try this!"
Kilat's electricity intensifies before he jumps and dashes towards Pan.
"Tch..." Pan Dodges out of the way just in time and sends out another doughnut shot.
It narrowly misses but it didn't matter as Kilat dashes again. Like a bullet, he ricochet around the place, making it hard for Pan to keep track.
"So this is one of the Monster Commanders—" Pan then sees an attack and blocks.
"Argh..!" Pan's body got fried for a moment, as a slash tore through her arm. She felt her cores shiver.
"My body is made out of dough..! It can distribute electricity with the traces of moist in it... I'll have to stay in my flour form for now..." Pan says before going back to her flour form.
"Hah! That's a weaker form! And don't even try to play smart!" Kilat shouted as he kept bouncing around.
"I know what kind of monster you are!"
And Kilat quickly dashes towards Pan, slashing through her flour body and striking one of her cores.
"Argh... God damn it..!" Pan quickly reformed into her doughy form.
"Worth a shot..! But if I don't find a way to beat this guy, I'll die..." Pan thought before focusing up again.
Pan attempts to keep track of his movement, Kikat was like light slashing through the air.
But it doesn't mean Pan can't follow his movements, and so she prepares herself.
As Kilat dashes once more to strike at her core, Pan prepares her fist and swings as soon as Kilat dashed.
BAM! Their fists clashed and pushed away debris, smoke and fire. And the two are locked in a stalemate.
"Tell me, where's Princess Lalahon? And what is this invasion you're going to do on Anihan Village!?" Pan demanded as she tries to push him back.
"Tch... You know a few things. But don't be stupid, like I'd tell you where she is!" Kilat then swings his other fist, only to be met with Pan's other fist.
"You're going to waste more lives if you do this... Don't you care about the lives of your soldiers?" Pan exclaimed.
"How nice of you. Monsters caring for other monsters..." Kilat then headbutts Pan, but Pan pushed back.
"The only rule within monsters is to rule over the weak! They follow our orders without question, their lives are nothing to us!" Kilat chuckled.
"Then that Princess thinks of you as nothing with that kind of logic." Pan rebutted.
"Tch... How dare you insult her!" Kilat shouted before charging up his electricity.
"Shit!" Pan quickly morphed her hands around his arms, keeping him in place.
Before Kilat could discharge his electricity, Pan jumped back and stuck the dough onto the ground, his arms was stuck.
"And now, Flour Plume!" Pan sends out a dense cloud of flour towards him, which immediately made contact with the fire and exploded.
"Did that singe him?" Pan stayed back, waiting for Kilat.
In the cloud of smoke, a silhouette slowly appears. Kilat was injured but he's still standing, his fur and skin a bit burnt from that attack.
"Man, I can't sense mana or magic. If only I can, then I'll know when to strike..." Pan thought.
"How dare you insult her majesty..." Kilat muttered.
"Hey, don't look at me. I'm just saying that if monsters don't care about the lives of anyone weaker, then the same applies to you and the Princess." Pan explained.
"Shut up! We're different!" Kilat then charges up once more, dashing with lightning filled claws.
Pan quickly dodges away before sending another doughnut shot towards him. It barely grazed Kilat's cheek, who began his ricochet move once more.
"Your rule of 'strong leading weak' should be universal in your kind! Why should you and your damn princess be an exception!?" Pan shouted as she kept track of Kilat's movements.
"Why should you high ranking officials be an exception under a law that's for everyone to follow!? I say follow it all through, or bring it all down!" Pan continued.
"Shut your damn mouth! What your saying doesn't matter to me!" Kilat shouted as he increased his speed and discharge.
The area was lighting up with blue lightning, changing the warm fire colours to Kilat's glorious lightning. Pan was on edge, this looks like it'll hurt.
"I suppose a damn kid like you won't understand." Pan says before she starts forming an object with her dough.
"This 'damn kid' is going to show you the power of the Princess' Commanders!" Kilat says through his charged attack.
He ricochets everywhere with increasing speed, and with one final ricochet, he launches himself towards Pan.
"Kidlat Sibat!" Kilat slams his claws unto Pans chest, and his gathered lightning courses throughout her doughy body.
Pan recoils pain, her cores getting damaged inside her as both his claws and electricity pierced her chest.
"It... Hurts...!" Pan thought before she gets launched backwards, crashing onto debris and fire.
But before getting knocked away, she traps Kilat within her dough. His legs are covered heavy dough, making him stop his movements.
"What is this!?" Kilat tries to pull his legs out, but they're deep into the dough.
"Tch... Atleast I taught that weakling a lesson. Noone has survived my Kidlat Sibat..." Kilat looks back to where Pan was knocked away.
But Kilat's eyes widened as she sees her silhouette, though it was a very different silhouette.
"What the..." Kilat's confidence suddenly ran dry when the smoke cleared.
"Child of Man... Kapre Masa..." Pan muttered before painfully looking at Kilat with a smile.
"Heheh... This one should leave a dent... Argh..." Pan grunted as her right arm becomes enlarged, bigger than her body and the size of a small house.
"He destroyed one of my cores... Right now, I only have two... three if I didn't give it to her..." Pan thought.
Kilat grits his teeth before he starts clawing away at the dough, but it had more stickiness. He uses his lightning to burn it away, but it only cooked the dough.
"Damn it! Let me go! Aaah!" Kilat struggled as he discharged more of his electricity, cooking the dough.
"Shit, gotta make this quick... Haah... This move took a lot of my mana... This is the biggest shape I've formed with my body..." Pan takes a step forward as she swung her enlarged fist.
"Here it goes! Kapre..!"
The back of the enlarged arm then spews out dense flour, followed by its explosion as it jets towards Kilat. With weight and speed, this was Pan's strongest attack.
"... Doughnut Shot!"
"Impossible... What kind of magic can move something this large at this speed!?" Kilat thought as he's frozen in fear of the large doughy fist coming at him.
"C-Can she defeat the princess..?"
BAM! The Fist connects onto Kilat's entire body, and then drags him and everything on its way towards a cliff wall.
"You'll pay for destroying their homes! Kilat!" Pan shouted with all her strength as her giant fist speeds to the cliff wall.
And finally, it crashes with a powerful impact, destroying a part of the wall and creating a shallow cave.
And slowly, everything comes to silence, with only the fire and solemn winds filled the area.
Pan's giant fist forms back into her body, though the attack has left her with few mana. She sits down as she recuperates.
"I didn't want to overdo it. But seeing he was this strong, I had to bring out the big guns..." Pan thought.
But then she remembers Kilat's words, and how emotional they we're when she mentioned the Princess.
"How dare you insult her majesty..." That memory played in Pan, she seemingly resonated with it.
"This 'damn kid' is going to show you the Power of the Princess' Commanders!" More of his words replayed in her mind.
Pan's relieved look turned to seriousness, looking at the dirt as she wondered.
"What kind of Princess are you, Lalahon?"
Pan then looks up, glaring at the shallow cave she made, waiting for Kilat.
"I wonder what kind of pain are in your eyes?" Pan thought before standing up, preparing herself.
Pan dealt a painful blow against Kilat, but she realized something that would make any fighter stronger.
Kilat is fighting for someone, and that someone is the princess. Not just out of loyalty, but out of respect and debt.
"This fight isn't over..." Pan muttered.
As Kilat lays seemingly unconscious in the rubble, within his mind memories played.
"You, beastman..."
It was a memory when he was young, younger than he is.
Kilat at age 10, he lived inside a Kingdom that was feared and respected within monsterkind. It was the Dreadful Kingdom of Fire.
"You look hungry, do you want to have a piece?" That young voice echoed in his mind, a voice back at that day.
"I'm Lalahon, I'm the fire princess. But you can just call me by my name, I'm not that serious about my position." A Figure of the Fire Princess Lalahon, her figure was veiled but she was young in his memories.
It was a pleasant memory, the day Kilat met the woman who saved him from the Fire Kingdom's Unfair Laws and Society.
"Lalahon... I missed your kindness and smile..." Kilat thought as he flinched, then he slowly stood up.
"I missed when you always treated me to food, and took care of me, like I'm your little brother..." Kilat thought.
"I promise that I'll do my job well..." Kilat clenches his fist as he's starts walking forward, a surge of energy empowering him.
"So we can go back to the days when you were happy..."
Kilat steps out of the shallow cave, a new presence came with him.
His eyes became crimson red, and so did the sparks around him. His injuries were severe, but he regained a powerful second wind.
"Shit, he changed forms. I can feel his bloodlust... Is this what Beastmen are capable of?" Pan thought as she felt her cores shiver.
"Whatever it is, I have to be prepared to adapt. This is going to be an incredibly long night." Pan says as she prepares herself.
"That was a good hit, monster." Kilat says as his fangs sharpened.
"In other circumstances, I'd treat you as an equal. But as of now, I have no choice but to kill you." Kilat says as he walks forwards towards Pan.
"I have different intentions, Kilat. You're far more important to us, I'll have to take you back to my buds for a bit of interrogation." Pan says as she's light on her footsteps.
"Right after I kick your ass, that is." Pan declared
"Heh... What's your name, monster? I'll remember you after this." Kilat asked.
"Pan Disalo's the name, and I'm a Baker. Be sure to come by my bakery after I'm done with all this fuss." Pan says casually.
"Pfft, if you win, that is." Kilat then dashes with greater speed, a trail of crimson red followed his footsteps.
"But I'm not intending in doing that! Pan Disalo!" Kilat shouted.
"Alright... Here goes! Doughnut Machine Gun!" Pan releases a flurry of high speed punches towards Kilat.
Kilat Dodges all of them with instinct alone, as this new form increased his skills.
"This is the primal power of the Beastmen! Specifically us! Wolves!" Kilat shouted as he quickly dodged until he reaches Pan.
"Instinto Lobo!"
Kilat then swings a punch towards Pan, connecting it on her cheek.
But Pan didn't stop there, as she swings with an explosive punch at Kilat's cheek. She returned the favour as they enacted a cross-counter.
"D-Damn it..! His lightning definitely got stronger, and so did his punch..!" Pan thought.
"Her punches are soft, like getting hit by bread. But that doesn't mean they're weak!" Kilat thought.
The both of them positioned themselves, preparing to unleash a barrage of punches against each other.
"But I moved my cores into my legs! I can fight him head on!" Pan thought as she swings her body and arms to release a barrage of doughy yet hard hitting punches.
"If she had harder fists, then that attack from before would've knocked me out!" Kilat thought before he did the same, swinging punches towards Pan.
And a legendary clash of fists rung out throughout the ruined settlement, a grand battle of bread and lightning.
Who will come out on the top of this grueling yet equal battle!? The fight has just begun, but it's also nearing its end. What shall come next!?
