"Adriann, Amaia. We were waiting for you. What took you two so long?" As soon as Adriann and Amaia stepped into the dining room, Adelaide greeted them with questions. Amaia smiled at her politely while following Adriann.
"Work." He muttered the words without much emotion before proceeding to pull up a chair.
"Good noon!" He then greeted him, glancing at his grandfather, who was sitting at the head of the table. Adriann listened to Amaia's directions before gesturing for her to sit.
"Come on, it's only the day after your marriage. You need to be with your wife, Adriann." Jonathan looked displeased as he shook his head at him.
"Hello." Amaia greeted everyone in a small voice before sitting on the chair Adriann pulled for her. Jonathan and William smiled at her before nodding at her. The table was filled with more than 20 or 25 people of different ages and genders, and unfortunately, I didn't recognize them all.
