I turn my chair to Sean who is standing behind my desk. "What did you say?"
"Well, we met Lady Maya's stepmother at the shop yesterday. She...kinda makes Maya almost back to herself." Sean explains.
I pick up the paper, Terissa Lelly. Don't think I'm not holding my anger, I am right now.
"I try to make her feel comfortable and careful not to make any wrong move. And yet..." the paper on my hand burned over.
"...some stupid people try to ruin it."
"Thank goodness, I was there. Who knows...what might happen to my lady if she's alone with them." Sean sighs in concern.
He was right.
Braxton family is known with aggressive and impulsive people. They will do anything to get what they want or to destroy what they desire.
But if this involved my wife, I wouldn't it slide. Ever.
"Sean, do you think we should give them a present?" I ask.
