As soon as they were close enough, the robots were the first to act. They spun their bodies as if shaking off some kind of insect, and as they did, several pieces of biometal flew at high speed, piercing the bodies of the monsters. Some luckily hit vital points like the heart or nervous system, while other attacks struck different parts of the enemies' bodies, such as legs, claws, and eyes.
Even though the damage wasn't enough to be fatal, it still caused significant injuries, especially because the bullets inside the enemies' bodies began vibrating at high speed, dealing more damage. Despite using their powers of corruption or something similar to try to remove them, they were unsuccessful.
