As he ran across the rooftops of nearby houses and buildings, Matthew marked his first target. It was a man fighting three men at the same time, using a huge axe as a weapon. The axe was almost as big as he was and constructed of highly heavy material, for every time he struck, the force and weight were enough to split someone in half. The outfit he was wearing was of one of the three Academic Clans, the Bauer Clan.
He was fighting against 3 quite powerful people from one of the Main Clans, so he had to be someone powerful. Just the movement of the axe alone was already enough reason to believe so. He was quite far away, but Matthew was able to get there in a moment without using any movement skills.
He was simply using multiple legs to run, which drastically increased his speed.
