Todays case is Samuel Karson who is on trial for thirty two counts of first degree murder. A tall man in a grey suit is brought into the room and he said in an apathetic tone "I'm very sorry, I will be good now, please may I please go home." Twelve hours later Samuel Karson is a free man now walking through the street as he mumbles to himself, "What a bunch of idiots."
The law of the world has been warped throughout the ages, in a distant past most courts were just as they should have been but over times things change. Many years ago in a push to help people who were sociopaths, prison time for those who were diagnosed with sociopathy were instead givin mandatory mental health counseling. Due to this law some people have been let free after there crimes.
The detective in charge of Samuel's case is Enoch Anderson, a man who is not tall but not short who is determined in putting Samuel Karson six feet under. With the sun going down and and the air getting colder Enoch makes his way home as he of ways to put Samuel in the ground, but then, he sees in the corner of his eye a familiar silhouette walking towards an alley. Enoch nervously puts his hand on his revolver (Guns made before 2000ad are illegal and to own guns they can't be semiautomatic) and slowly follows him. As he is closing in on Samuel he hears a muffled sream from around the corner, he goes around the corner and draws his gun only to see a woman bleeding out as Samuel walks away. "FREEZE RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE" Enoch screams Samuel walks away and says "she is going to bleed out soon if you don't help her, you can either shoot me or get her to a hospital." Enoch looks back at her body and picks it up, as he is walking past him Samuel says, "The only way I stop doing this is when I die or behind bars so it's usless to try to stop me"
