The structure wobbled a few times, and Luna immediately poured her mana into the cracks that appeared under the structure and she roared in exertion as she began to pull the structure out from the water!

The rumble of lightning and thunder echoed through the night, drowning out the roars of the children of Neptune, but that wasn't the only thing that rumbled!
All the children of Neptune were pushing upward and trying to get the structure out even faster, so they weren't able to notice, but the superhumans who weren't working on the structure were able to notice that there was a roar coming from somewhere behind them!
They all turned to look at where the noise was coming from and they felt their eyes widen as they saw hundreds of thousands of anima racing towards where they were.
