Ida always hated the fact that someone like Arit was with the most powerful man in the world. Ida had never had trouble getting any man she wanted before, so the mere fact that Mark turned her down for this high schooler was enough to grate at Ida's nerves.
When Ida first met Mark, she had only been an ELITE Rank II, but after seeing how far Mark had managed to grow in only a few months of using his power and after realizing that she would become far inferior to Mark if he continued growing at the pace that he was, Ida increased her training even more and now she had managed to become an ELITE Rank III in that time!
Ida only had an S rank in potential, so for her to be able to do something like that was a very impressive feat, and the fact that Ida was able to move from ELITE Rank II to ELITE Rank III in just five months was proof of how hard she was working every day!
