Time moved forward two months in the Academy
I and my mistress have officially became a couple , though if you ask me if it was a good idea in the past. I'd say absolutely not , however now I'd say I'm glad.
"Look at these cute penguin!."
We decided to continue go out on a date , Aida had a sudden interest in visiting the zoo and being the good butler that I am I took it upon myself to escort her.
"Pfft..Mistress, you ever been in a zoo?." I stiffle a chuckle
"Y-yes I have been plenty of times."
"Just like the fair from three years ago, you're quite sheltered."
"I don't want to hear it from you boy of the wild."
"Hahaha, a first for me I admit.i want to make this a memory."
"You're not playing fair."
From the outside perspective we havent changed a bit im still the same old fussing butler and shes still the same old mistress.
"All is fair in love and war , or does this world lacks this idiom." I offer the Mistress my arm , face entirely red.
She blinks twice before taking my hand a smile paints her beautiful face.
"You're always the odd one."
Hand in hand we went into the Lions section.
The two headed lion is a creature endemic to this very region of the world, it's blonde thick hair gives it a regal bearing As if noticing our arrival it starts to roar loudly.
"Eric!, it's a Lion in a common den. I never seen one before."
"Haha,don't we hav3 Griffons in our estate."
She ought to reign herself in , I'm not one to get giddy myself but she's cute holding that cotton candy and wearing that silly cat ears accessory
"L-lions and Griffons are two different things don't be silly Eric." She smears cotton candy on my face to hide her embarrassment
She's insanely cute!
While I was in over my head an incident happened in which the zookeeper left the door open.
The creature escapes it's enclosure and roars a defeaning roar.
"...."
"Aida , looks out!."
I push her out of the way and take a stance
"Chromata Skill - Skill Share."
As many as there are stars in the sky , there exists many possible futures
I tap into a spear wielding version , a Roman-esque warrior
"Now the only thing I'm missing is a weapon." I muse as I pass by a child holding a toy sword
"Waaah!." The boy cries out
"Sorry I'm burrowing your sword little man."
The Roman-esque Eric life flashes through my eyes as I absorb his skill temporarily rending my body as a vessel for his.
Using the thrusting techniques with my sword, a 100 thrust per second skewering the creature in its track.
"Rooooar!." It roars painfully as the toy sword punctured it's tough skin.
"Not so majestic of you." I smirk now that he has my undivided attention.
The lion roars and leaps straight at me , i roll myself behind finding a littered pot , i take the lid using it as a makeshift shield.
"Come at me."
The lion goes on a rampant reckless charge , using the lid I block it's incoming attack while gnawing at it's stamina with my thrusts.
The crowd cheers loudly , the screams of terror now become one of joy.
It didn't take long for my attack to wear the lion down.
Sensing the strength leave it's body I leap into action.
"This is the end of the line for you!."
Always liked one liners like these.
I dodge the creature class and pierce the creature in the chest.
It gaffows in pain and falls.
"Eric." Her eyes widen in recognition with the imminent threat gone
The people who fled the lion cheer for me, as I return the sword back to the boy.
"Sorry I stole your sword, don't hold it against me little man." I pat the boys head
"Are you ok Mistress."
She lightly punches me while giving off a bashful expression
"I should be asking you this question."
"I'm fine, what about you?."
"Its nothing you more charming than usual." She says
"W- what mistress."
"Hehe tha you can show me such face, nevermind now let us go to the next location."
The Royal Park , a theme park made out of a replica of the Royal estate. The castle looked majestic in its pure white, and as for the rides it's everything that you expect a theme park to have.
"Do you remember these vendors?." I look at Aida
"Shooting games, how can I that was when you won me a prize."
"That teddy bear you still sleep with to this day haha."
"Its a precious prize from a commoner dying to appeal to me." She puffs the other way
"Do you want to try the shooting range again?."
We continue our date uninterrupted.
-The Cavern Dungeons-
Lizardmen of medium class surround a group of students, one had been injured the other five were in no better shape.
"Stay back!."
Yelled a blonde haired boy as he frantically waves off his sword.
The Lizardmen knock the boy's sword with their spears , pushing him and his group back against a wall.
"We shouldn't have challenged an expert class dungeon."
"If we die I'm hunting you in the afterlife."
The Lizardmen collectively lunge at the cornered students
"Pathetic." Said a distant voice
The Lizardmen froze midjumps suspended in the air.
"Finish them off Micah." He said with disinterest.
"Aye sir."
A strange boy armed with gauntlets imbued with mana strikes each Lizardman, eliminating the tribe of monsters.
"Wait master!." The boy chases after the mysterious mage confused
"Who are those two?."
"Micah and Leon D'Alfonso."
"You mean the 3rd year dark mage and his martial artist servant. Were they this monstrous ?!."
"Well they rank first and 2nd among 3rd years and besides it's best to keep a distance from those guys."
"Dark magic, gives me the chill." Says another student

"Did you hear Leon just beat the new dungeon record for 3rd years!."
"Minister Alfonso son is undefeated."
"*phew* your reputation just soared young master." A young servant whistles in astonishment
"Save the praise Micah. I'm not in the mood."
Alfonso a shoulder length purple haired boy of 16 , stern faced and a sharp jawline coupled with a glare from his purple pupils that could kill. His skin is pale a signature of his Northern heritage.
By his side Micah, a white haired boy of short stature his boyish charms coupled with his playful slant green eyes resembling a playful fox.
"We have a joint class with the freshmen class , I heard there are promising rivals to meet." Said Micah "of course thats also my childhood friend's class. I wonder how she's fairing?."
"The Prince?, or is it Gil?. I can't think of any freshmen that could put up a fight against me save for that know it all Russel who's a 2nd year." He spits in ire at the mention of Russel
"Oh there's someone that flew out of your notice."
"Who?."
"His names Eric."
"Noble?."
"A commoner , of somewhat common origin he's a boy from the woods close to my homeland."
"A commoner?, if you vouch for him then he might amount to something." Alfonso ponders
"There he is!." Micah says pointing at a group of students the first years
Alice, Aida, Joshua and Eric sitting on the benches beside the dungeon gates.
"I wonder who is our class 3rd year mentor." Says Joshua
"I don't care who supervises me , what matters to me most is that I'll clear this dungeon before you all." Says Gil confidently
"Eric still holds the title of fastest dungeon clearing, you're something special boy haha." Says misty nudging her elbow at me
"Im not that special, i just put more effort in clearing dungeons since im magically impaired."
"And you're doing an excellent job my servant." Says Alice pumping her chest
"Mr.Eric you went on a date the day before yesterday right." Alice changes the subject
"Yes I suppose so."
"Oh , how did I forget how did your date go?." Said Misty eying me and Alice
"I was surprised when I heard you were couples." Said Joshua smiling gleefully "I didn't see the signs but I'm glad we called off the engagement."
"I guess that loud mouth and the weak willed servant make an entertaining pair." Girl's smug face says it all
"Alice, how could you." Aida face turns crimson "everyone dates are a normal occurrence for couples , do not make it a big deal."
"Haha, im with my mistress here. Let us change the topic at hand. Our third year mentor is coming."
Alfonso arrives aloof demeanor showing his lack of interest in the group before him.
"Long time no see Alice."
The butler greets Alice enthusiastically
"Micah! , you're here in the Academy."
"Sorry I didn't have the time to see you settle in myself , I was busy with broody over here."
"Stop it Micah." He says coldly "I take that you're Eric."
He watches Eric with little interest , his facial expresion changing slightly as he smirks
"I look forward to seeing you in action."
Its hasn't been that long since I've enrolled and I'm now face to face with edgelord Alfonso
