Xiuying was walking in the dark alleys humming a favourite tune of his as he walks, he was very happy this evening. He got to see his beloved!
Lucky was he that there was no one in the streets otherwise, they would've assumed that he was not quite well wired in the head, with the way he was smiling and humming while walking.
The stomping of feet from a distance caused him to pause. He put his ears to the ground to listen. He could tell that there seems to be some serious chase going on.
He continued to have his ears on the ground in the middle of the street to estimate how many people there were and to also get their exact location.
From what he could hear, he deduced that there were three people that seem to be chasing after two younger ones, probably in their late teens.
