The cries of a woman in labour can be heard all across the hallway to the basement of building. The midwife and nurses attending to the birthing mother rush were all very busy.
The midwife instructs the mother on how to breathe while pushing the baby out. One of the nurses stand by her side while another carries a bowl containing water and a few towels hanging on her shoulders.
Chao leaves his office and descended the stairs to the basement where the delivering taking place.
"The baby is still not out yet?", he knelt bent down and took grabbed the birthing mother's hair in his hand as he yanked her head to face him.
"You have better pop that thing out of you fast before I have them cut it out of you. You think that they're here to take care of only you?", he said and let's go of her hair as he stood up.
"Hurry up and go check on the other breathers. One of should leave and check on the others now.", he said and left.
