The Xus were done with their supper. They were outside on their porch, enjoying the nice night breeze.
"Xu Wu, we need you to tell us the truth. Where are our grandson and daughter-in-law? And don't you even think of lying to us.", Papa Chi said.
"We saw her entering your third uncle's place. What is going on between the two?", his mother asked.
"You did? How long ago?", he asked his parents, quite surprised and fidgety.
"Just answer our questions and stop with trying to divert our minds.", his dad said.
"Hmm.", he sighed and looked up into the night sky.
His parents could sense that they were onto something. "What is it son? Why are you sighing like you have the whole world on your shoulders?", his mother asked worriedly.
Xu Wu tried to stop the tears that were threatening to fall down. He sniffed to stop his nose from running. Seeing this, his mother handed him a handkerchief.
