"I can walk just fine. No need to take me inside."
Lui pulled away from him and rushed into their living room, leaving behind the stunned Xiuying who still hasn't withdrawn his stretched hand yet.
It took a minute before Xiuying recollected himself and went after him. "Lulu. Lulu." He called his name but he didn't respond.
Once in the living room, Lui stops abruptly and turns to face Xiuying, the sudden stop causes Xiuying to stumble back a bit.
He grabs Lui's sleeve by instinct for support but that didn't go as intended. Xiuying falls on his back into the settee with Lui also falling on top of him, with his head, on Xiuying's broad chest.
Silence. They both became silent. None of moved or spoke for a while. They were just enjoying the silence together.
Xiuying smiled to himself he inhales the sweet fragrance being emitted from Lui's hair, wafted through the air around them.
