"Okay, okay, no need to stick with him anymore," Vincent said, pulling Lucas away from Oceanus with a firm tug, though his tone remained light. Lucas let out a playful huff but complied, rolling to the other side of Kyra, curling up comfortably.
"We're worried for Rainbow," Vincent added, settling down on the other side of Lucas, making sure she was well-guarded between them. Damon nodded in agreement, positioning himself nearby with his usual serious expression.
"We're here to guard," Damon said, his voice low but firm. Oceanus watched them with quiet amusement, the sight of Damon and Vincent taking their roles so seriously a little amusing.
