To a desolate man, an acknowledgement of a remedy would bring an immeasurable amount of ease to his mind whether it would be temporary or not. Temporary freedom was also freedom, as long as ones problem gets solved for a minute amount of time, it would bring joy to one's heart nonetheless.
Hearing that he could temporary salvage the impossible situation they found themselves in, caused the rest of the people in the room to stare at each other satisfactorily. In their own case, a temporary solution was no different than a permanent one. The key factor they were working with was time, as long as there was anything that could reduce the usage of time even though it was not for long, it would go a long way in completing their journey, after all once those distance are covered, they could not go back to it when this solution come to an end.
