Chapter 69 - Chapter 69: A WARPED WORLD PART 2

"Oi TIM! NOTHING HAPPENING RIGHT NOW IS REAL. SO PLEASE, DO NOT DO ANYTHING FUNNY WITH THE TIME. AND MOST OF ALL, DO NOT USE NEGATIVE TIME PAUSE IN HERE".

¶ HUH? ¶

"POP... POOFFFFF..."

The sound of popped balloons echoed through the layer as each and every star began flying around.

"POOFFFFF... FSHHHHH".

And the layer went dark.

Tiny pins, painted red began appearing right in front of TIM, who. had now returned back to his original form.

The pins began arranging themselves into a humanoid shape, with each and every pin point at TIM.

¶ oI, wherE yoU reallY planninG tO erasE mY REALM ¶

TIM threw his face to the left, pulling his head backwards.

Trying his very best to use the presence of the pins being close to his face to stay silent.

¶ they'rE alL blunT ¶

∆ Sure. But it'll still hurt ∆

¶ wilL iT thougH? hoW abouT wE trY iT ouT witH youR facE. afteR alL, yoU caN jusT fiX iT witH anotheR timelinE ¶

∆ All right, all right. No need to go that, I did intend to use my abilities but not that exact ability... SAGE probably said that to trigger you into turning off the heat. And you can simply make whatever I do UNREAL. ∆

SAGE smiled with both of his hands up.

∆ Common bro, you're meant to be helping me out here. Is this what MONOGATARI passed through? ∆

¶ thaT remindS mE. i did feeL thaT idiotS presencE outsidE mY REALM. doeS hE thinK i stilL can'T sensE hiM? ¶

~{OOPS... I GUESS THE 0.0001 PERCENT OF ME I LEFT WITHIN THERE HAS BEEN BUSTED.

LET'S REDUCE IT SOME MORE}~

¶ hmmM... hE jusT disappeareD. ¶

The pins began flying into an extremely large dart board which had both SAGE and TIM stuck on it.

As the pins drew close to the board, they transformed into blades of 500 FRIS in length and 250 FRIS in width.

"DOOM".

Stabbing deep into the board.

"Common Ray stop thissssss". SAGE said as the dart board began rolling like a tyre.

With a giant grey stone creature pushing it from the left sides.

"RoooAY, would yooooooou stop ittttt..."

"DOOM".

A knife appeared directly above his head.

¶ arE yoU surE i shoulD stoP? ¶ RAY asked.

The pins arranged themselves into a large face, with a smirk on it.

Then began to rearrange into the shape of a large rail gun cannon facing the next spot the dart board will roll into.

¶ READY! SET! ¶

He stops.

The layer went silent for a moment.

And then a large eye appeared on the muzzle face of the rail gun cannon.

"Common RAY. Stop acting like the last 5 idiots I met".

TIM in confusion tilted his head up a little, looking at SAGE'S head.

They were both glued to the dart board, with the top of their heads acting as the bullseye.

∆ Oi. Did you really have to say that right now. ∆

RAY, who didn't care about what they had to say, but what the thought about things that were REAL or UNREAL.

He closed the large eye, turning it into a very large pins, which got sucked into the cannon.

¶ FIRE! ¶

At the same instant his voice echoed around the layer, all the pins that made up the body of the cannon, including the large pin began flying straight into the board.

∆ So, who's the 5th idiot, you idio... Tch. ∆

||

∆ We were talking yo. ∆ TIM said with a frown on his face as all the pins were stopped in place.

With just 2 FRIS left till impact, TIM decided it was time to stop playing.

∆ Don't tell me you had to deal with shit like this in every REALM you've been to so far. ∆

With a twisted smile and a raised eyebrow, he answered yes.

∆ Tch. This is why I hate stubborn gods. ∆

<<

He rewinds TIME on his body back to when he had met SAGE with AMÉ.

∆ Hmph. That was fun while it lasted. If you don't mind, I'll be doing my work now. Not that you can either way. Haha. ∆

With the TIME rewound on his body TIM could now move freely, as the TIM currently present within WARPED WORLD was one that was never affected by RAY'S PASSIVE nor glued to the dart board.

∆ How long are you going to pretend that you were ever glued to the board. Anyways I'll be doing my work now. You can deliver your message to that mass of pins. ∆

He then flew upwards,. above the giant dart board and all the pins that were gathered around it.

∆ Hmm. This layer seems perfect. ∆

He teleports in-between SAGE and RAY.

∆ Just to be safe, I'll be leaving him the way he is. ∆

∆||∆||∆

He raises his right hand, and a massive clock appears above them, covering almost the whole layer.

The hands on the clock began moving front and back at an insane speed.

∆ Don't mind me. Do what you came here for. ∆

SAGE jumped off the board and stood on one of the pins.

¶ tcH ¶

"No need to be angry. He knew you could very well move at anytime you wanted even in ZERO TIME".

He hopped to another pin.

"Oh, yes. You're probably wondering why you can't move. Honestly speaking, that's your fault . Just change your form. After all, your TRUE GOD FORM is a formless one".

¶ thaT doesn'T explaiN whY i can'T movE. ¶

"Oh my bad... HUP..." SAGE replies as he lands on another pin.

"He paused TIME for everything shaped like a pin, knife or blade, both sharp or blunt, finished or rusted. It's not that hard. That's why I said you should change your form".

TIM on the other hand, continued with his work.

With each new layer he checked but on top and below the very layer they were in, the clock grew in size.

Glowing green whenever the time within a layer was good and black whenever it had an issue.

"Anyways. Since you do not want to change your form. I'll take my sweet time to explain why I came here. This also makes things easier for me".

SAGE smiles as he sat down on the extremely large pin.

"Before I begin. You left quite early during the meeting. That's why I'm here. Why did you leave though? It's not like PAT'S PASSIVE will work on you".

¶ oH. i lefT mainlY becausE toO manY godS werE leavinG. i thoughT somethinG was wrong. afteR alL, I'm not alloweD to seE insidE the HALL anD i wondeR who'S faulT thaT iS. ¶ He replied in a dull voice, giving off the you know who vibe.

"All right. That was my fault. The truth is I had to block you from seeing within, because even with your PASSIVE switched off, you can still affect REALITY just by looking at things, bith physically, astral and more. Still, that's no reason for you to leave... Let me guess. You got bored".

"Ah. Seems I was right".

SAGE then lay on the pin with his back on the straight part.

A pin so large it could cut through a universe.

Their sizes had been manipulated by RAY'S PASSIVE, SAGE left the size effect on himself, as. it'll seem weird to be a dot on a pin.

He proceeds to explain the TOURNAMENT OF GODS to RAY.

The moment SAGE was finished with explaining the details and some more, all the pins disappeared.

"DOOM".

Walls began erecting around them and in that same instant, they were both sitting in a white room with no ceiling.

RAY sat behind the desk in a black suit and a golden neck tie, with SAGE sitting opposite him holding two boxes and in a yellow shirt and an orange baseball cap.

On the shirt were the writings.

"WIS DELIVERY INDUSTRIES"

"Common RAY. I don't have time for this. I just explained my situation to you. Have some conscience will you".

"TAP. TAP. TAP. CLICK"

RAY pushes the buttons on the dial pad and picks up the golden handset from the black and gold telephone on his marble desk his desk.

...

AT THE SAME EXACT TIME WITHIN THE BRAIN.

"RINGGGGG".

WIS' GOD CALL ORB appears.

As he touched it to answer the call.

"DOOM".

The layer he was in got transformed into an orange and yellow room with lockers, boxes and a desk.

"Shit! I shouldn't have touched that". WIS exclaimed as he held a black telephone in his right hand, while sitting behind a brown wooden desk with the scent of chalk.

¶¶ Hello. Am I speaking with the head of WIS DELIVERY INDUSTRIES? ¶¶
