The masked man helped Bittu drink the potion, that was one of the reward for killing the skeleton. The potion was truly miraculous, since his wounds and cut has already begun to stop bleeding even when he was so severely injured.
"It's your luck that a potion was given as a reward or else you were a goner," the masked man said in a strict tone, but Bittu wasn't in the condition to hear it at all.
"... sigh... "
The masked man sighed with a troubled expression as he looked at Bittu's face because what he was going to face next was not easy and the difficultly will only increase since this was a mid-level dungeon. Though he wasn't worried about the difficulties, but the waste of a potential lifeline in the upcoming trial. Even he felt a pinch when he remembered the status he saw.
[Healing potion

Enchantments: Clotting
Description: A miraculous potion made by a dead warrior using the materials from the dungeon to save his comrades.]
Even though the status seemed ordinary, its use was not. This can be seen from how quickly Bittu healed, even in his current condition, much less on superficial wounds that he would definitely accumulate later.
"It could have been an immense help," he said with regretful eyes.
*sigh*
He sighed one last time, as he disappeared just as mysteriously as he appeared.
...
Fifteen minutes later,
*Drip*
Right now, Bittu laid on the cold, and damp floor that was painted in his own blood. He was deep in sleep.
In the silence of the dungeon with only the distant sound of the water drops falling, echoing in the dungeon, suddenly a bone arm came out of the ground. Following that, thirty more skeletons arm came out of the ground.
In just a moment, they were out as they moved towards Bittu at a slow and steady pace. He, unaware of their approach, just laid free of worries.
After some time, the skeletons were now around Bittu, encircling him. Bittu, still unaware of the danger he was in, did not act or resist.
The skeletons, with their cold and chilly eyes, didn't hesitate as the nine at the front all raised their sword and plunged it straight into Bittu's body.
*splash*
*splash*
*splash*
Blood, like water going out from a broken dam, flowed out of Bittu without stopping. Within moments of the attack, Bittu died of excessive damage and blood loss while he was still in his sleep.
.....
"..... Aaaahhahhhhhh... "
Bittu let out a shocked cry as he woke up. He immediately looked around with a terrified face and wide eyes, searching for the skeletons, but nothing came into sight except for the dungeon walls.
'A nightmare'
"... No.... ", he said with some hesitation as he felt himself remembering a similar event before.
"....."
"A warning!"
Bittu immediately got up as he hurriedly put his remaining undistributed stat into agility.
[You have used an undistributed stat. Agility: E -> D]
"Aarrrgghhhhhh"
Bittu clenched his teeth as he let out a muffled cry of pain.
He didn't cry as loud since he was already ready for the pain, but his legs still lost their strength as he fell down, unable to handle such stimulation.
'Come on... Come on...', Bittu thought as he hoped that the pain will go away fast because having to deal with that many skeletons at once. He wasn't sure if he could and if he was correct, then the next one will be even more dangerous, so he had to try to get used to this pain since he had to endure it time and again.
Amidst all these, Bittu had no time to give thoughts to the events that happened before or how he was fine, his thoughts were occupied with what was to come as shown in his nightmare or rather a warning by his skill; danger intuition.
Still in pain, Bittu slowly got up as he used this chance to get familiar with this feeling so that he could move just as well when he wouldn't have time to stay still in the upcoming battle that he predicted.
While Bittu endured the soul tearing pain, the skeletons came out of their slumber as they had in his nightmare. One by one, until thirty-one skeletons were out, forming a group, unlike the previous ones.
The skeletons appeared before the pain stricken Bittu. Uncaring of his situation, they pushed forwards like a legion will at war. Bittu looked at them hurriedly. He felt relieved by what he saw.

These skeletons differed from what he thought. These weren't as troublesome as the mutated one. Moreover, these didn't have two swords, but only one. This was the true cause of his relived expression since dealing with a group of thirty dual-wielders... No! Thirty one dual-wielders was not something Bittu wanted to try and fight against.....at least right now.
Just when the skeletons were about to trap him in a circle, barraging him with a lightning stream of attacks, he with sheer will back flipped and escaped the entanglement.
"... Argh... ", the jump wasn't without consequences as it put a lot of strain on his body. He let out an involuntary moan of pain as he lost balance of his body when landing. He fell!
At the moment, the pain coursing through his body was constantly threatening to break his will and make him unconscious but he didn't let it. He clenched his teeth and kept himself awake.
With his superior speed, he once again got on his feet before the skeletons could take advantage of his momentary weakness.
'.....I made the right choice, using my stat in agility. This has already shown its usefulness in the battle.', he thought with relief apparent in his thoughts and more so in his eyes.
Suddenly, a hint of a smile appeared on his face. He was surprised to feel the pain in his body gradually subside.
'I guess it was time for it to subside', he thought as he reminded himself to always be careful of the sudden pain that he may experience at any time since he still had no knowledge about how his wound acted? Did it only make him suffer when he upgrades himself or it may start at any moment?
'I should come up with a plan to get more information about this.' he thought with curiosity and cautious.
'I should deal with these first.',Bittu sucked in a deep breath as he looked at the incoming skeletons that were after his life and so did he, with serious eyes.
"Let's get this started.", he shouted as he launched a punch at the skeleton's skull.
*bam*
"....."
Suddenly, Bittu dodged to his right from the incoming sword strike, his expression grim. These skeletons were tougher than he anticipated, and his initial attack barely made a dent. With a quick assessment of their status, he knew he needed a new strategy because these skeletons had a more sturdy constitution.
Gathering his focus, Bittu began to analyze the skeletons' movements and weaknesses since he knew that he couldn't run around without any plan anymore. He studied them as he dodged their attacks, always maintaining a safe distance with his advantage.
While studying, his eyes were attracted by an orb that was on the ground, away from the skeleton and him. He didn't know why. The moment his eyes landed on the orb, he had this unconscious urge to possess it for himself, and that was what he did. He immediately dodged the barrage of attacks as he reached the orb and picked it up.
The orb was cool to his touch, and its smoothness made it feel like it was out of this world and, adding to its orange glow, it was quite eye-catching. But Bittu's eyes were currently busy looking at the notification that flashed before his eyes just as he held the orb.
[You have found a rare treasure orb. Would you like to open it?]
"Yes, ", Bittu said without hesitation, joy apparent in his voice. At this moment, for him, getting a weapon was like getting water in a sea of sand; a life saving straw. But, his smile widned in jubilant when he saw the treasure he got.
[Congratulations, you have gotten a rare grade treasure; silver dagger.]

"Looks like I will be able to go on for much longer without getting in a pinch.", Bittu said with an excited voice with a bone thirsty expression.
He immediately used his speed to finish the two skeletons that were about to swing their sword at him with a strike at their neck.
[You have killed a Lv. 3 skeleton.]
[You have killed a Lv. 3 skeleton.]

Just like that, one by one, using his superior speed, Bittu easily suppressed and then killed the skeletons with just a strike at their neck. In front of the silver dagger, these skeletons appeared to be pigs ready to be slaughtered.
Bittu then looked at the notifications that flashed before him.
[You have killed a Lv. 3 skeleton.]

Bittu felt euphoric when he saw these notifications. His body relaxed as he felt the tension in the air vanish.
