INTRODUCTION

West.R.Koilock our main character a unique one at that, as you'll learn he's not quite....or nice but don't let him scary you away. Through the long road ahead we'll see crazy twists, unbelievable shit, and uncover deep history tied to our main character west. It takes alot to live like nothings happening, in the Rings of Altiane people are worth nothing...but make everything happen. Doesn't make sense now but later we'll see what's beneath history so you'll understand soon enough. They're ten floors that are hollowed in the middle like rings. The purpose of the giant holes in the center are used for U.D fighters U.D stands for unique Disturbances they use force feilds in in the rings which covers the hole to stand and fight in the air. Only people who are licensed as U.D or U.D officers can walk and fight on the force feild so normal people can't walk across or even stand on the feilds. Ofcouse west being overwhelmingly ruthless found ways passed U.D officers and many ways to "illegally float". West also found ways to move floors or rings if you will, you're not supposed to move floors unless "promoted" to move up or if you're buying you're way up, just as you have ways to go up they're ways to go down if you're kicked off or don't meet the requirements you're demoted and have to move down. Each floor is runned by padmen kinda like government padmen have control over all of the city and the people in it, different floors have different types of environments and weather. The ten rings/floors are stacked up, floor one being on the wastelands ground and ten being around 5,000 feet off the ground and in the sky, each ring being around 500 feet away from each other while stacked. The rings float using a type of magical stone that was found on earth when it was still civil and able to be lived ondirectly and not a wasteland.
