Dalvin headed to the technical university and inquired about the latest batch of graduates. Most of them still had their details in the system, and showing that he was coming to recruit graduates for his company, the receptionist directed him to the vice headmistress' office.
There, Dalvin chatted with the middle-aged vice headmistress and after investigating him for a bit, she gave Dalvin a list of single-page introductions of each graduate, their phone and emails, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.
Dalvin thanked her and left, jogging out of the university grounds and heading for another before repeating the same process. Finding researchers for his company was easy, the hard part was finding a licensed chemist/pharmacist.
