Synopsis
In the final moments before the Sci-Fi full-dive VRMMO Galaxy of Planets was set to shut down, Kazuma, a seasoned player, decided to make one last visit to the virtual realm. However, as the game's closure approached, he found himself facing an unexpected twist – instead of logging out, he was mysteriously transported to the authentic Warring States period in Japan. To add to the surreal situation, he was accompanied by his personally crafted space fortress Silvern and a cohort of 120 organic gynoids. Fuelled by a sense of curiosity, Kazuma embarked on a journey to meet none other than Nobunaga Oda himself. Little did he know, this encounter marked the beginning of a captivating story set against the backdrop of the Warring States period. The narrative gracefully unfolds, immersing readers in the leisurely and fascinating everyday life shared by Kazuma and the androids in this historical era.

Chapter 1 - Episode 1 - Prologue Suddenly

-->[This is a quality MTL of a Japanese web novel with 2000 chapters+ I will run it through paid translation software and then edit any wrong translations and incorrect pronouns or names. I may post chapters and edit them soon after. This is a Iyashikei (slice of life) novel. Please keep this in mind.]<--

A jet-black universe stretches out before me.

The radiance of the innumerable stars is a beautiful sight.

Is this place real? Or is this a VR space, which was said to be more real than reality itself?

「It sure seems real. But it's 1547 AD.」

「Have we done something strange?」

I was playing a VR game called Galaxy of Planets just a few moments prior. The genre is SFMMO (Science Fiction Massively Multiplayer Online), a space exploration and warfare simulator set in the near future.

It was a popular game that lasted for an impressive fifteen years, but it didn't stand the test of time and was supposed to have finally reached the end of its service.

When I came to, I found myself in the vicinity of Jupiter.

I was inside my personal base of operations, a mobile space fortress called Silvern, and a hundred and twenty androids.

I couldn't even communicate with the server, let alone log out, but it was an unusual situation. The reason why I am strangely not in a panic may be because there is too little reality to really feel it.

「If it's a system failure, it's likely to be restored soon. However, according to the optical quantum computer at Fort Silvern, the answer is that this is not a virtual space, but the real world. In that case, we would need a separate technology to cross space-time in order to return.」

Troubled or not. 'I should have been sad to see the game end, but either there was a system failure at the last minute, or an impossible miracle happened.

「Let's just wait and see for now. There are no players or enemies in the airspace, right?」

At the moment there are no players or even artifacts in the airspace.

When in doubt, it's better not to act carelessly. I don't have any real-life unresolved disputes, feelings or family, and it's fine if I can't return to my old world.

I'll figure something out eventually.

「Why would I go to the toilet when I'm supposed to be an avatar in a video game?」

The current situation turned out to be surprisingly quick. It turned out that I go to the toilet even though I am a game avatar. Of course, no matter how realistic a game is, it shouldn't really have such a function.

「We organic androids also have physiological phenomena that did not exist in virtual space. In the first place, as long as the connection to the server has been completely severed, there is no way that we, who lived in a world of pure data, should be able to move or exist…」

The impossible is happening. That much seems certain.

「Let's assume it's real and move on. If it's a system failure, we don't have to do anything on our end.」

「Roger that.」

Could it be a time slip from virtual space to the real world's past? The most important thing to remember is that the most important thing to remember is that you are not alone.

The mobile fortress Silvern was the largest player-made structure in the Galaxy of Planets, about the same size as the earth's moon.

Inside, there are various industrial and agricultural plantations with fully automated production, as well as a number of spacecraft docks. There's also a spaceport that can hold up to 500 spacecraft, a level that only a few individuals could afford to have.

We also have a large stockpile of resources, and it's quite possible to live for quite a while on Fortress Silvern alone. However, if this is realistic, we will eventually need replenish with new resources.

Let's start by securing reliable access to those resources.

Mineral resources, water and salt were relatively easy. They are readily available in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter and on Europa, Jupiter's second moon, so we could get them by sending mining robot soldiers and transport ships there to haul it all back.

But to get more sophisticated types of resources, the conclusion was that it was easiest and simplest to get them by descending to Earth.

With Galaxy of Planets level of technology, it's possible to entirely terraform a planet, but why settle all of Mars when there's only me and the androids?

The androids chose the Ogasawara Islands as their base on Earth. In this day and age, there are no ships around it, there are no natives islanders, and it's a reasonable size, so it fits the criteria for our base.

「Good. Let's build a village in the Ogasawara Islands and go to Japan. I've always wanted to see Oda Nobunaga.」

「I don't have a problem with it, but...' Is that a good enough reason?」

I said it would be fine if we just wanted to see Oda from a safe distance.

When I said I wanted to go to Japan after hearing that the gynoids were building a base on the Ogasawara Islands, Elle, the oldest android in the Galaxy of Planets, was a slightly taken aback.

(The androids are referred to as either androids or gynoids. *A gynoid, or fembot, is a feminine humanoid robot. Gynoids appear widely in science fiction film and art.*)

Elle, an all-purpose organic android, is a woman with blonde hair, large breasts, a nipped-in waist and large hips, designed as far as possible to keep her style in balance.

Her face is more cute than beautiful, with a healing softness. Her personality is gentle and kind, and since we've been together for so long, I think she's someone who understands my thoughts.

「Okay. Then I will prepare the village and a boat for the journey.」

Although I am a little taken aback, Elle moves with a smile to make my wish come true. I'm not sure I mind if I don't go home at this point.

There are various theories as to when the Ogasawara Islands were discovered, but at least it was certain that there were no inhabitants and no territorial owners at this time.

I arrived at Chichijima in a transport ship filled with materials for setting up the base, and my first impression was that it was surprisingly large.

First, for the basic village, we decided to build on Chichijima, Hahajima, and Iwo Jima.

However, since lumber is precious given the size of the island, we will get it from around Siberia, which was an undeveloped area in this era. In this era, when there were no airplanes, large transport planes capable of navigating in the atmosphere and robot soldiers would be able to procure it quickly.

「Rice cultivation is impossible. It is a small island and the water situation is never good. Even in historical fact, they planted tropical fruit trees that would not grow on the mainland.」

As for the necessary facilities, I would like to have equipment to recover gold and rare metals from seawater to salt and fresh water, but the rest would be completely in the realm of hobbies.

The population is just me and a hundred and twenty-one androids, so we don't need a village that big. The number of people is indeed insufficient, so if we don't increase the number of robot soldiers by having them disguise themselves as people, we may not be able to sustain life on the ground alone.

In fact, food can be mass-produced in the space fortress's agricultural plant, so we don't really need to be self-sufficient on the island anyway.

「And yet you've all come down.」

「We were bored. And in space we have no enemies or allies.」

What's a bit worrying is that the number of androids that have decided come down to the surface is over a hundred. Fortunately, the space fortress' facilities are automated, so you don't need more than a few people to manage them.

It seems that two thousand robot soldiers have also been unloaded, and it seems that they will proceed to set up the base at once using heavy machinery and robot soldiers.

「This means we'll be able to go and see the Warring States period sooner than expected.」

「Are we really going, Sir?」

「You want to see history unfold, don't you?」

「If you insist…」

The Galaxy of Planets vehicles are basically a combined anti-gravity engine and fusion reactor type. So I can only watch the heavy machinery flying around and working in the sky.

I can only formulate broad policy decisions if I'm a good leader.

I'm looking forward to going to see the Warring States period.

Why does Elle seem to be somewhat absent-minded? I'm just gonna go to historical events from time to time.

SIDE ELLE.

Fifteen years. That's how many years the Commander and I spent together.

I remember that the commander, who had lost his parents when he was in junior high school, used to laugh at the thought that he would finally exceed the years he spent with his parents.

As residents of the created world of virtual space, my commander and I were supposed to have a wall that we could never cross, even though we were walking together.

But on that last day of our time together, I wished.

I did not want to be separated from him. I wanted to live with this person for a long time.

And then we came from the virtual space to the real world.

Is this a reality created by a coincidence? Or is it a divine trick? I don't know either.

Compared to the average person, I do not stand out in any one thing. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that the commander has been in one virtual space for fifteen years.

I have reported everything I know about the current situation to the commander, leaving only one thing out.

That one thing we could not bring ourselves to report to the commander. That is that we are already a species of organic android life-form. We have crossed a barrier that should be insurmountable between us and our commander.

I could not tell him the fact that we are allowed to love people, to have children and to raise them.

How will the commander accept that fact?

I am.... Am I allowed to love you?
