I could see the fear in Janet's eyes the moment she saw me walk into the interrogation room.
She tried to scramble back but her hands were chained to the table.
I heard a crash as the seat beneath her fell and she hung partially from the table not fully falling on the ground since the cuffs wouldn't let her.
"M— M— Mr. Harris, please," she begged and cried. "Please don't hurt me. I didn't know who she was, I swear I didn't."
I could see tears falling from her eyes now as she begged for her life.
Instead of speaking as Janet expected, I continued to watch her, eyeing her every move making her fear me more.
She didn't know what I would do next, I was the most dangerous person to her and she kenw it.
