I held Lilith as Taylor came up to us with a tablet in hand.
She didn't have to tell me that she wanted to see the fiasco outside, so I made sure that someone was reporting everything.
"For you, mi amor, a wedding gift," I said as I kissed her cheek.
The scene unfolded before us, Jason, Janet, and Therese were dragged out kicking and screaming.
"What if they tell people who I am?" my wife asked me.
"And admit that Jason let go of the richest woman in the country and turned her into a fucking blood bank?" I asked her. "He isn't that stupid."
"But Janet is," Lilith had a point as always.
"Jason and Therese will make sure she keeps silent," I told her.
I watched as Riley showed up on the screen. I'd asked her to deal with this and she was more than happy to oblige.
