Jäwell remained here in front of this giant creature with a softened heart, he did not know what answer he expected when he asked Clyss if he liked to be closed in this cavern, alone. The prince leaned his head against the dragon and simply asked, "How does it feel?"
Clyss sighed, "For you have crossed the in-between, you know. There is no rest when I close my eyes and no peace when I see the world around me. There are whispers in the shadows and loud voices in my ears. The floor is the sky and the sky's the underground."
"Is it the reason why you stay closed here?"
"Mother closed me here," Clyss explained with a hint of anger.
Jäwell opened his eyes in surprise, "Zuline? Did she say why?"
Clyss nodded softly, "She said that none of the worlds were ready for me."
