Scarlet was woken up by commotion outside which was rare for her since she always made it a point to wake up early for training but yesterday she had a late night, Levi kept her up well past her bedtime just to to tire her out.
She could barely keep her eyes open when her eyes fell to the windows and noticed that the sun was already up. She kicked herself out of bed.
"Uh...what's this?" There was a dress next to her bed, it was new too because she'd never seen it.
She threw it out of her way and wore her normal clothes. It was winter anyway, she put on some pants and a warm jacket after washing up. Just before she opened her bedroom door silence suddenly fell, she couldn't hear anything coming from outside.
Her mind immediately went in panic mode, she took her bow and arrows and started walking slowly to the front door. As she was about to open it, it opened on its own and there was a figure beyond it and she couldn't see who it was so she fired.
