Rebekah POV
Until I was proven wrong.
"Forgive me to ask this, Luna, but what is your background?" One of the squad leaders in the room who I presumed to be Susan's Father asked me. Susan also was in the room, sitting amongst the high court.
"I apologize," I told him. I remembered that he was the squad leader that I escaped from when I first tried to escape the pack. Seeing him up close now I knew that that was a foolish decision for me to have made. He was strong. There was no other characteristics for me to describe him with.
"Why would that be so, my Luna?" He asked, though I could easily spot the hatred that he had for me in his voice.
"For lunging at you that day."
He seemed caught up by that word that he smiled and nodded. "All has been forgiven, Luna."
I merely smiled to him straight away.
