The game Kazuya brought with him is called "The World of Swords and Magic" a domestically produced upgrade idle mobile game. In the game, every character has his own attributes. Character statistics like strength, agility, intelligence can be added, with 10 being the standard values for an average adult. His physical fitness was below average for a student, and only his intelligence surpassed peers, which was the reason he could enroll as the second in his grade. As for his charm points, the original owner had a remarkably handsome appearance, causing the points to be so high, much to his annoyance. He found himself inexplicably surrounded by romantic interests, almost turning into a romantic catastrophe. Otherwise, the unexpected confession from Makoto Takasaki wouldn't have happened today.

Learning a skill is relatively easy, as long as you obtain a skill book or someone teaches you, you can unlock it. And every skill has 10 levels in total, and each level up grants corresponding attribute points and passive attributes related to the skill. The experience required for the first few levels is not much; with patience, anyone can easily achieve it. However, as skill levels increase, the required experience grows exponentially, becoming more challenging to level up, sometimes even requiring completion of skill advancement tasks.

For example, the [Japanese] skill he has already learned focuses on fluency in speaking and writing. At LV1, one might struggle to understand what he said, level 2 is not much different from stuttering, LV3 can smoothly engage in daily conversations, level 5 makes listeners feel very comfortable, similar to a native speaker. At level 8, he can have rich knowledge and understanding like those Japanese language experts in the university. As for level 10, who knows what kind of effect it will have. Kazuya has played this game for almost a year in his past life and seen countless players, but he hardly encountered anyone who could raise a skill to level 10 - the experience required becomes more and more, while the experience gained becomes less and less.

Passive Effect can takes effect automatically when doing related things. Active Effect can controlled by himself. His spoken English can get the reputation of British native whenever he wants. Available Skills are some skills with cooldown time. They can only be learned after the skills reach level 10, and some of them have unimaginable effect.

In addition to learning skills, this game also has common features such as identifying items. As long as Kazuya comes into contact with something, he can see detailed information about it. He remembered that the first time he saw the panel when he hold a Japanese magazine, including information about the publication date, author, and publishing agency, he was really taken aback. But he thought at least there's no need to worry about someone poisoning it.

Kazuya looked at his character information, feeling a bit worried: He wasn't sure if he could still be considered a normal person by strict standards. He looked at the owned money. While eighty thousand yen seemed like quite a lot, it wasn't enough to cost. Considering that he had getten familiar with the environment and mastered the mannerisms of a Japanese high school student without easily arousing others' suspicion, it was time to find a part-time job to earn some money to improve his life.

However, for now he needed to rest well. If his vitality dropped to zero, practicing skills wouldn't yield experience bonuses. Closing the character panel, he shut his eyes and entered the realm of dreams.

In the middle of the night, Kazuya was awakened from his deep sleep by the sound of vomiting in the hallway. There was also the noise of a door opening from one of the rooms and various other indistinct sounds. He grumbled about the poor soundproofing of the apartment, covered his head with the blanket, and tried to go back to sleep.

...

"Damn gigolo, how dare you pretend not to know me!"

In the kitchen of a small restaurant in a commercial district, Haruka Sakura, while cutting vegetables, recalled the events of the day. The more she thought about it, the angrier she became, wishing she could use the kitchen knife in her hand to cut Kazuya.

This restaurant is a izakaya, which is one kind of Japanese restaurant. Izakayas in Japan originated in the Edo period as liquor stores selling alcohol by weight. People began to stand and drink there. Gradually, some izakayas started using sake barrels as stools for customers, mainly selling various alcoholic beverages. Later, it developed into providing space and serving appetizers for customers to drink and chat. Today, izakayas have become a must-visit place for working professionals after work, where they have a few drinks, vent their frustrations about their bosses, and sometimes visit three or four places in one night to completely release workplace stress.

This particular izakaya on the street looked inconspicuous, with a curtain hanging at the entrance, and a few blue cloths swaying, blocking the view from inside and outside. The words "Crafted Pure Flavor" were printed on it. Only the wooden sign at the entrance looked extraordinary, with three large characters that read "Pure Flavor House." The strokes were restrained but intersected like blades, giving off a faint sharpness. The interior space was no different from a typical izakaya. It was approaching opening time, and there was not a single customer in the shop yet. A girl in a junior high school uniform was wiping the tables. Hearing what she said, Akiho Sakura looked up at her with concern. "Big sister, what happened?"

"Nothing, just ran into an annoying guy today," Haruka casually dismissed her younger sister. She didn't want her only understanding and sensible sister in this family to worry about her. She looked around and asked, "Where's Haruna? Hasn't she come back yet?"

"Second sister hasn't come back yet. She's probably playing with kids in the neighborhood again." Seeing that her big sister didn't want to talk much about it, Akiho Sakura didn't ask more. She just secretly noted this down to investigate later.

The Sakura family had a total of six children: the eldest sister, Haruka Sakura; the second sister, Haruna Sakura; the third sister, Akiho Sakura; the twin sisters, Ayaka Sakura and Chika Sakura; and the youngest brother, Toutaro Sakura, who was not yet five years old. Talking about their second sister Haruna Sakura, Akiho Sakura seemed to feel a headache coming on. This so-called second sister, to put it nicely, was innocent and naive; to put it bluntly, she had no scheming, looked pretty, but acted like a boy, strong and with a lot of energy. She got along well with the kids from other shops in the neighborhood and even became their leader.

"She knows how busy it is at home but still doesn't come back to help! When she returns, I'll show her how I'll deal with her!" Haruka gritted her teeth, waving the kitchen knife in her hand as if there was a person standing in front of her. "What about Ayaka and Chika? Have they finished their homework?"

"Not yet, big sister. You know them. They are the sneakiest," Akiho replied.

Hearing her answer, Haruka felt a slight stomachache. Waving her hand, she said, "All right. Let's get ready to open the shop. We'll deal with them when we close in the evening."

"Yes, big sister." Akiho walked to the shop door and opened the curtain, indicating that "Pure Flavor House" was now open.

After closing the restaurant that night, the Sakura family experienced another lively and chaotic evening.
