Upon hearing that a frown formed on the man's head. However, the man didn't have any intention of lowering his weapons.
"Please lower your weapons since we have no intention of harming you," Lucius repeated his voice carrying seriousness.
"How can I know that you are not lying?" The man asked, his voice carrying seriousness
When Lucius heard this knew that he didn't believe his words and that they weren't here to harm him.
He pondered for a minute or two to think of a way to make him believe his words. A few minutes of thinking later, he knew what he had to do to get him to believe his words.
"If we wanted to harm you then we would have attacked you by now. You won't even be able to stop us since you are severely outnumbered.
Also, all of us wield a similar level of strength as you. Moreover, we don't have anything to gain from a person like you" Lucius replied with a chuckle.
