Lucius and the others made their way into the dungeon. A few seconds later, they stepped inside the dungeon. The moment they stepped inside the dungeon. Xin channeled mana into the orb and then it started to glow brightly. Hence lighting up the surrounding area.
The moment, the area lit up a bit. The high-pitched echoes of bats resounded through their ears. Lucius looked around him and spotted dozens of bats on the roof of the cave.
"These bats are not normal" Lucius exclaimed as he prepared to take out his sword.
The bats were not regular since they looked a lot more muscular than the other ordinary bats. They also had sharp teeths which resembled a fang.
Just a few seconds later, the bats charged towards Lucius and others. Upon seeing this both Zoe and Lucius simultaneously gave an order.
"Brace for combat!" Zoe shouted, her voice carrying seriousness.
