Lucius walked towards the gate, as Lucius walked towards the gate, the guards kept staring at him with a look of disbelief in their eyes, clearly visible in their faces.
Lucius remembered something important, so he halted his steps and walked towards the guards.
"Btw, guys, has teacher Aaron arrived at the training grounds?" Lucius asked the guards, completely ignoring their look of disbelief.
The guards didn't immediately reply when Lucius asked him a question. Lucius frowned slightly, just as he was about to repeat his questions, a voice resounded through his ears.
"Aaron has arrived at the training grounds an hour ago." The voice resounded through everyone's ears.
The moment the voice resounded through the place, everyone's attention was drawn towards it.
Lucius looked in the direction where the voice was coming from, he realized the voice belonged to a guard.
Lucius nodded his head in response.
"Ok then, I am going inside the training grounds to look for Teacher Aaron" Lucius exclaimed.
"Wait a moment, Aaron had told me to give you this piece of paper but in the midst of all this. I completely forgot about this" The guard said as he handed Lucius a piece of paper.
Lucius took the piece of paper from his hand, then he opened the paper, and began to read it.
"Come to the sparring field no. 5. We will have a spar there" Lucius mumbled as he read the contents on the piece of paper.
Lucius let out a smile, he folded the piece of paper and kept it inside his pocket.
"Thank you for giving this to me, I will go inside now," Lucius exclaimed.
He saw all the guards nod, so he didn't waste any time and went inside the gate. The moment he stepped inside the gate, he was greeted by an open field, the ground was covered in lush green vegetation.
There were statues of the heroes of humanity at different places in the open field, Lucius looked around him and saw hundreds of Divinity seeds training in the field.
A few seconds later, Lucius shook his head and turned his attention to the absolute front where another big gate was there.
"The sparing ground is beyond that door, Before that, I must take out the book of creation since without it, I won't be able to use summoning magic" Lucius mumbled.
Lucius walked in a certain direction for some time, when he was a few cm away from the gate, he halted his steps.
He looked around him and realized that no one was looking at him.
"I will take out the book of creation here" Lucius mumbled.
Lucius opened up his inventory and tapped on the book of creation.
(Book of creation.
Description:
...….
Do you want to take it out of your inventory)
"Yes," Lucius said almost immediately.
Right after he said that a book began to materialize in front of him. The book completely materialized. He quickly held the floating book with his left hand.
"Done, now let's go to the sparing ground" Lucius exclaimed as he held the book with his left hand.
Lucius began to walk towards the gate, making sure not to disturb anyone's training. The gazes of some people were drawn towards him.
"Hey, I heard that Lucius has passed the Divinity exams. Is that true?" A youth asked.
"Yeah that's true, just look at his Divinity badge" The youth replied.
Lucius heard their whisper, but he ignored them and continued to walk towards the gate. A few minutes of walking later, he was just a few cm away from the door.
He saw two D-rank guards, guarding the door.
The guards spotted Lucius coming near them.
"On…" The guard stopped speaking when he saw the Divine badge on Lucius' chest.
"I have become a Divinity, can I enter the sparring grounds?" Lucius said to the guard.
Disbelief could be seen on the two guards' faces, however they nodded their heads and opened the door.
A few seconds later, the door opened widely, and Lucius walked towards the door. A few seconds later, he entered the sparring grounds.
The moment he entered the sparring grounds, he was greeted by an open field, however unlike the training grounds, the floor was not lush green instead the floor was covered with brown brick tiles.
Just a few meters away from him, Lucius saw dozens of people sparring with one another, a dome surrounded the people who were fighting.
"It's the same dome that the Mage tester used to fight with the candidates," Lucius mumbled as he looked at the dozens of domes around him.
The gazes of people in the room were drawn towards him.
"Hmm isn't that Lucius, Aaron's disciple?" A middle-aged Divinity asked.
"Yes," Another one replied.
"What is he doing here??" Another one asked.
"He has recently passed the Divinity exams, now Aaron wants to test his abilities by having a friendly spar with him" The man replied.
"Interesting, I have to watch this battle since I heard that Lucius is a dual-class user. He is also a necromancer and his summons have some special power" The middle-aged man said.
He kept looking at Lucius with great interest. A lot of people were anticipating the battle between Lucius and Aaron.
A few seconds later, after watching this, Lucius shook his head as he realized something.
"Where is teacher Aaron??" Lucius muttered under his breath.
He began to scan the entire sparring grounds to look for Aaron, not daring to miss even a single corner.
A few seconds after looking around, Lucius spotted a middle-aged man with an incredible aura standing a few dozen meters away from him. He recognized his face with a single glance.
"There is teacher Aaron" Lucius exclaimed, a smile could be seen on his face.
He began to walk towards Aaron, he halted his steps when he was a few cm away from him. When Lucius got close enough, he realized that Aaron's eyes were closed.
"Teacher, I am here," Lucius said to Aaron.
"I know, it's not a problem to you if we start our battle right now" Aaron exclaimed as he abruptly opened his eyes.
"Of course not," Lucius said to Aaron.
"Before we start, I would like to explain a few things to you," Aaron said to Lucius.
Lucius just nodded his head, signaling Aaron to speak.
"Lucius, I will ask one more time. Do you accept this spar" Aaron asked Lucius.
Right after Lucius heard, a notification flashed in his retina.
(You have received a D grade Quest, 1)The spar between a teacher and student)

(Do you want to accept the quest)
Lucius immediately replied when he saw the last line of words.
"Yes, I accept teacher Aaron" Lucius declared.
"That's good, let me tell you all the rules," Aaron said to Lucius.
A notification flashed in his eyes simultaneously.
(You have accepted the D- grade Quest.)
"I will cap my strength to an E-rank Divinity to make the spar fair. Also, during the spar don't see me as a teacher. See me as an enemy who you have to defeat to survive.
Fight with the intent to kill" Aaron said to Lucius.
Lucius nodded his head in approval, he wasn't too worried about Aaron getting a serious injury since he is a D-rank Divinity if it gets too serious then he can just reveal his true strength.
"I will give it my all," Lucius declared.
"That's good, when I say start our battle will begin. Before that, let me activate the dome" Aaron said to Lucius.
Aaron took out a small device that looked like a tension ball and placed it in the middle.
"What's that??" Lucius asked in confusion.
"The name of this device is the Sparing Dome. It's used to create a barrier to seal us inside. This device is usually used in duals" Aaron said as he channeled mana into the round object.
The moment he channeled mana into the object, a thick layer of mana engulfed the object. The mana around the object began to extend outwards, it stopped only when it had traveled a distance of around 150 meters in all directions.
Lucius looked around him and saw that a dome had formed around them.
"I will now lower my grade until it matches your grade. When I say start, the battle will begin" Aaron declared.
The aura around Aaron began to rapidly shrink, it kept shrinking until it matched the aura that Lucius was emitting.
Lucius' eyes were focused on Aaron, he didn't dare to take off his eyes even for a split second.
Lucius saw Aaron taking out the sword from the sheat. Seeing this, Lucius also silently took out the sword from his sheath using his right hand. He tightly gripped the book of creation that he was holding in his left hand.
"The battle is going to start any time now" Lucius mumbled as he began to channel mana into his sword.
He extended the mana outwards, a notification flashed in his retina at that moment.
(You have used skill Aura)
(You have used 50 mana points)
Lucius ignored the notification. He opened up the book of creation and turned to the page that contained the information of Flame Warrior.
Just as he was about to summon Flame Warrior, a powerful voice resounded through his ears like thunder.
"Start" Aaron's powerful voice resounded throughout the sparring grounds.
