There is a university built on the hill. In a hall, located just beside the men's campus, an election has begun. The election is to choose the president of each campus. A normal young man is just sitting there among the crowd, uninterestedly waiting for the result of the election to fold. He, of course, chose a random person to be the president of his campus as he doesn't care even a little bit. He did it, if not because of the rules that said, "All students have to vote in the election or they will get punished."
He watched as they revealed each president for each campus. For your information, there are five campuses all over the university. Three are women's campuses and the other two are men's campuses. Four of them have announced their president but for some reason, there are a bit of "technical" issues with his campus. There is no announcement. Just a total silence, which is something that rarely happens.
As he just sat there, wishing he could just go back to his dorm and play some video games, a man approached him. Signalling him to follow him. Confused, he gets up and follows the man to the backstage.
"You're Kai, right? Kai Izanagi?" The man asked as he looked at the paper in his hand. There is something written on it but he couldn't quite see it. He becomes more confused as to how this man knows his name.
"Yes, that's right. I'm Kai. Is there a problem?" Kai asked because the way that man looks at him is somewhat concerning.
"So, I hate to break it to you but somehow, you are the next president of your campus."
The news shocked him to the point he was speechless and eyes wide open. He can't believe what he just heard. He is the next president. "...Me? Become the president? That's not possible." He said to himself. The reason is he didn't apply to be the candidate for the next president yet somehow, he got it. It must be a mistake. There is no way.
"I know you might not believe it but your name is in the list of the candidates. You got the majority with over 60 percent votes compared to other candidates. Thus, I need you to get on stage and give a speech." The man said.
Kai looks at him in disbelief. What the hell this man just said? He thought to himself, anger is slowly rising up inside him. If he could, he would've punched this man in the face but he knows that he is innocent and has nothing to do with this. ...Probably. On the stage, each president of campuses is giving a speech, thanking people for voting for them and saying stuff like "I will try my best to keep my promise" Which, of course, is just a lie.
Kai is standing just behind the stage, waiting for MC to call the final president which is him, obviously. He is not nervous. All he could think of is, "Who the fuck did this to me?" His mind is thinking of as many possibilities as he can. To find the culprit. And maybe, to make them suffer.
MC has announced the next president to walk onto the stage, to introduce himself as the new president of one of the men's campuses. The whole audience is confused as they hear the name, they talk among each other, asking, "Who?". There are also a few people who are shocked upon hearing the announcement because they know the name. It could be his classmates, friends from high school, or just simply people who know him. Among the crowd, there is a group of young men, laughing and giggling at each other upon hearing the announcement. Could it be that they knew something?
Kai walks onto the stage, standing behind the microphone with a stand, looking at the crowd like all of them are the culprits. He has not prepared any speech or a paper to help him but that's okay because he already has something to say, something that will surely shock many people.
"Test one, two, three. Alright, the might is working. Hello, people, lecturers, and VIPs. As you might already know from the MC, I am the new president of the campus. My name is Kai Izanagi or just Kai. I know full well that the majority of you don't know who I am and am confused as hell because that's right, I am a nobody. Only my classmates, roommates, and a few friends of mine may know me."
He stops for a second to look around the crowd, searching for the culprit. As his eyes wander around like crazy, he notices a group of men trying their best not to laugh. It would be okay if they were strangers and laughing at him is fairly normal but he knows them, he knows them very well. They are his classmates. Male classmates, to be exact because the female parts look genuinely shocked.
From that moment, he has found the culprits and instead of yelling at them or getting mad, he is grinning. Not because of happiness but because the level of madness has leveled up inside him and all he could think of is to make them know the consequences.
"I stand here because "some" people decided to play a prank on me. They thought it was funny to vote for someone no one knows. Someone who has no slightest interest in being the president. Get ready to face the consequences of your stupid action. This semester won't be a good one, unfortunately. That's all from me." He walks away back to backstage in anticipation of ruling out his plan. He already has a plan in his mind and no one will stand in his way to achieve it. No one, even if it is the Headquarters.
The audience was in awe, especially the people who lived on the same campus as him. They fear he will torture their life for a whole semester. The group of men who were trying not to laugh were not taking him seriously. They really should have.
