"Are you Yara?" the leader demanded.
"Yes," Yara stepped forward, "what do you want?"
Yara's mind raced. If they found the hatchling, everything would be over.
"Step aside," the guard barked, pushing the door wider.
"We don't want any trouble," Finn said, stepping forward. "But this is a private room."
"We can do this the easy way or the hard way," the guard sneered. "Step aside." Finn didn't budge.
The guard's eyes hardened. "Stand down. We're only here for questioning. No one needs to get hurt."
"Questioning?" the dragon frowned, "for what?"
"You'll know once you get there," the guard said, making a move into the room.
Yara's mind raced, if they came in they would find the child.
"Well?" the guard arched an eyebrow. "Follow us for questioning." He reached for yara's hand. The dragon stood up immediately, eyes narrowed.
