They managed to stumble down the street, past the crowd of onlookers to a small inn that seemed less likely to give them issues.
"Three rooms please," Yara said softly, feeling the heat radiate from the dragons behind her.
She didn't note the way two identical eyebrows lifted at her words, too busy fishing out the coins from her pouch.
"We only have two left ma'am," The innkeeper said as she made her way to the front of the counter.
Two? But- Yara sighed, 'Two would do fine," she decided. She wasn't in the mood to argue right now.
The innkeeper stared unabashedly at them as she gave them their keys and took the coins. they were guided up creaking stairs by a tired apprentice who eyed them with faint curiosity before shuffling back downstairs.
