Argh!
What... Was that? Where am i? Who am i?
I looked around with a confused look, i felt like i had awoken from a deep slumber, i felt weak yet energetic.
I realized that i was seemingly lying on a hard stone bed or something like that but it for some reason, felt weird. It was as if a mystical power was inside it.
As i looked around further, i noticed i was in some sort of ancient tomb with countless murals on the walls around my stone bed. It seemed to be telling a story but i couldn't understand it.
I also noticed there was no way of entering or leaving because there was no door or any entry/exit point.
Then i had a sudden thought... Who am i? How did i even get here? I don't remember anything other than common knowledge and languages.
I weakly and reluctantly got off the stone bed, then began examining the murals on the walls.
On what seemed to be the first mural, there was a giant dragon with wings that covered the sky, it was flying over a massive medieval style city. There was text on the side but i did not understand the language.
And on the second mural was the giant dragon resting on the ground, a human figure was approaching the dragon from afar. There was also text but i still did not understand it.
The third mural depicted a conversation between the dragon and the human, the dragon seemed to have awoken by the human. From what i could i see, the human's clothes were hard to distinguish but he had a shining sword and a small crown on his head. He seemed to be a prince or someone close to that.
Those two spoke to each other in a language that was different from the text beside the murals. It was actually one i understood.
But i suddenly starting heading their voices in my mind like a recording or something.
"O, human prince. Why have thy awoken i, the great dragon king from it's slumber." The dragon spoke in a deep and ancient voice, his tone was calm with a hint of annoyance.
"Great dragon, i have come to seek your help in a grand quest. A grand quest never before seen, isn't it your dream to witness what no one else ever has?" The human prince spoke with great confidence as if certain that the dragon would accept.
"I'm interested in this 'grand' quest, tell me about it and consider lending you a helping hand." The dragon responded after a short pause.
"Do you know of a certain Elf King known as Sonias?" The human prince responded quickly.
"Oh, that old pointed-eared bastard? What's this got to do with him?" The dragon spoke as if he and Sonias were old colleagues, though it did not seem like they likes each other's presence.
"The Elf King, Sonias has gone mad and is attempting to forcefully ascend to Godhood through various means. But the Gods do not approve of this, they summoned the greatest warriors to stop it." The human prince explained before pausing for a moment then continuing, "I was one of the summoned, but we later realized that the Elf King's forced were far stronger than we expected. You were the only friendly existence on his level that could agree to help us. Someone's ascendence to Godhood has happened countless times but a failure has never happened has it?" The human prince spoke with a persuasive voice.
This seems much like a fairytale or atleast it's style of writing is... I thought to myself, but was this an actual historical event though?
Heh, guess i'll have to find out myself...
