Cocaida and Volsa were "normal" babies before two unknown souls entered their bodies. The twin babies then felt that in their bodies, each one had an extra soul.
Because they were babies and couldn't communicate, they just cried for a few seconds, but then everything went back to normal.
*** Meanwhile, inside Valso's body was the unknown soul that came from the White Orb.
'Damn! Where am I?'
Suddenly, the white orb that was inside Valso's body began to question what happened. He ended up here out of nowhere, but something strange happened, the place where he was began to shine with a very strong white light almost blinding him. The place where the white orb was was totally dark, so receiving a flash of light in the face almost blinded him.
He then cursed: "Damn, why am I here… did I die?"
The light that almost blinded him before, made a "giant mirror" appear that floated in the dark environment, while showing everything that happened outside the baby's body. He could also feel the baby's emotions and thoughts, but the mirror was not necessary for that.
It seems that his soul and the baby's soul were sharing the same body, so he could feel what the child felt.
The white orb was of a different race from humans. Thus preventing him from knowing which race the body he was in belonged to, but he could understand some things, like for example the body where he was, that this body… clearly did not belong in any way to an adult being!
It was then that he began to think about what had happened before he became a soul that entered this baby's body… That's when he got a shock when he remembered what had happened during the fight against the 5 specters. "Damn! That fusion must have gone wrong, all because of that idiot who must have had a low compatibility with me, thus causing my death by the unsuccessful fusion."
That was what the white orb definitely knew now, because the fight against 5 specters was difficult and he couldn't guarantee that he could survive with just the two of them. Fusion was a technique that some beings could use, his race was one of them.
"Everything must have gone wrong because of him, normally few beings have such a low compatibility, our fusion must have reached the incredible compatibility level of 0%… Hahaha, and to think that I'm really worried about this now. I think I'll rest and think a little better since at least I managed to escape from those guys, I can think about how to escape from this body now."
But while he was thinking about ways to get out of this place and try to get in touch with his race, he heard a voice outside the baby's body. There was Volsa's mother who picked him up and started singing a lullaby to make him sleep.
"What's going on here!? I don't understand a word of what this being is saying."
It didn't take long for him to finally form a hypothesis about why all this. He was not on his planet but on a weak planet with a race hitherto unknown to him. His escape from the 5 specters along with that "idiot" was what made him fall on this planet, he had no other escape routes and this was one of the closest planets he could try to hide and escape, too bad those 5 guys could know exactly his location, even though he didn't know how.
After a while trying to understand how the specters always knew where he was running. The white orb got a shock again, as everything began to darken and the giant mirror that was previously shining and showing what was happening outside, was fading and disappearing, returning to the usual darkness… The cause of this was the baby who began to fall asleep. Making everything go back to the dark leaving him alone again in that uninhabitable place.
What the white orb didn't know, was that Volsa had a twin brother. And Cocaida also received in his body the soul of the red orb - Inside Cocaida's body, the red orb was also with the same questions as the white orb.
"I think I'm beginning to understand what happened, from what I see my soul is inside this baby's body, I don't know for sure his race, but this child seems to be special"
Unlike the white orb that was calmer and rational, he was more hot-headed and didn't like being stuck in a place where he couldn't find any exit after so long. He had spent long hours looking for something that would make him leave the baby's body, but everything resulted in failure was when he reached the limit and began to lose reason and scream at whoever was watching him: "You cowards get me out of here! I know very well that you are holding me here!"
So again long hours passed without any response, seeing that no one would come to release him, he decided to just go back to cursing that fool who said he had a hidden technique of his race that allowed two warriors to increase their strength in many folds. "Hmph. All that was the fault of that fool who wanted to use that useless technique instead of just running away, at least I would have died fighting against those 5, instead of dying in that shameful way."
But just as it happened with Volsa, Cocaida was also put to sleep by his mother. The "Giant Mirror" was disappearing until it disappeared completely leaving everything dark again. He then decided to look at something he had seen before but still didn't believe, because that made these babies special.
That was the baby's statistics, he didn't know that he could do that in a body that wasn't his. But what he didn't know was that since his soul was together with the baby's soul, he was then allowed to access the child's status.
So, when he looked again he was sure he wasn't delirious.

Those statistics still surprised him, not because of the low power or the race he had never heard of, but because of the description of his soul and the question marks.
"I don't understand how someone can get these effects on their soul, this doubled compatibility, I've never heard of this compatibility before." The red orb then started thinking again why this baby had this. "Well, this might be a special characteristic of these human beings…" - Of course he didn't even believe in this crazy hypothesis.
After all, no race on all the planets he saw had such a characteristic. After all, what was this compatibility used for…
If the white orb were here, he would certainly have vomited blood from his mouth. Because compatibility was the primary item for him to use the technique of his race to merge with another being. Without knowing that when the two tried to merge, they just ended up failing miserably and dying from the explosion of their bodies.***
After the twins woke up again. Paver who was in the room taking care of his children next to his wife Rosquina, then heard a knock on the door and the voice of the children's grandfather. "Paver, I think it's time to test the compatibility of these two children."

Thus they ensured that other monsters did not advance and did not make a nest again in that place, and thus they would transform that place into a safe place for humans.
And in the country where they are, there are only 5 human bases and the Fused are few, being in their country a little more than 10 thousand Fused. Thus those who become Fused unfortunately live less and can suffer sequelae from the side effects of their fusion. That's why the parents of the twins wanted them to be just normal human beings.
The grandfather of the two children knew what Paver and Rosquina were thinking so he replied: "Don't say you don't want to do this, because it is the duty of all citizens to test their compatibilities in the fusion machine, if these children can really become Fused then it would be an honor for our family."
Both Paver and Rosquina didn't care much about this talk of receiving glory for having a Fused in their family, even because Paver's parents were already Fused. Living as a Fused in this time of chaos and death was all they least wanted for their two children, even knowing that they could also receive more protection for having a Fused in their homes.
"Dad, I know you want the twins to have good compatibility so they can become Fused and you can brag to other families that you have a Fused in your ranks, so cut the crap and go straight to the main subject!." Beijino's thoughts stopped for a while because this was really one of his thoughts "Damn, you two should know how hard it is to have a Fused in your families!' These were the thoughts of old Beijino.

When Paver and Rosquina heard that, they completely lost hope of contradicting the summons. The reason was obvious, the elder of the family was extremely powerful and when he made a decree, those who fled were considered traitors to the family and thus were deserted and some were even hunted.
"Why does the Elder want to face an entire nest? Doesn't he know that he can't defeat a monster nest on his own?!"

Beijino didn't hesitate to yell at his son, because those who said this about a powerful elder of the base and someone heard them, surely wouldn't live for long.

Paver was taken by surprise, as his father rarely showed such great anger, the twins who were sleeping just changed position and continued sleeping. Leaving Paver a little angrier and decided to ask with a slightly raised voice "So how is the Elder going to defeat these monsters, Dad!"
Beijino huffed in anger after this question, and only after a few seconds he calmed down a bit and decided to speak: "He's not going alone, boy, he will be part of an alliance with the other 10 warriors, 2 of them being Fused, and this already guarantees that the nest they want to attack can be defeated."
It was then before the two asked Beijino when this crazy fight would take place, that Beijino quickly closed the door, but before leaving he warned: "We're going to the Fusion machine in the city… No more questions."
Paver and Rosquina could only look at each other, and see a little consolation in their eyes.
