Bane tipped his head back and laughed. I had to admire the man in front of me. Clearly, he didn't have that many brain cells to rub together if he was willing to call Bane a liar.
Or maybe this was the hill he was willing to die on.
"I do?" smirked Bane, letting out some of his Alpha aura. It didn't affect Travis or me that much, but I couldn't hold back the smile on my face when the man in front of me dropped to both knees, and even Raphael was forced to bow his head.
And that was nothing compared to what the audience around us was forced to do. Some of the weaker members of the pack had their heads buried so deep into the ground in front of them that I was surprised they could even breathe.
